The service department is very unethical and disingenious, they don't honor valid coupons displayed on their website. Once they get you inside the building they change the rules and tell you, your vehicle doesn't qualify. They told me it was a flush and not a exchange, but on their past service report it says my cadillac needed a exchange.Very dishonest cadillac west they understand they service the westside of Las Vegas and try to take advantage of you. Do yourself a favor and save the stress take it to Findlay cadillac. Shame on you Cadillac West

I went it to fix my brakes, when you call to make an appointment they ask you what issue you need fixed. They charged me $230 for the diagnostics on my brakes. That alone was ridiculous. Just to find out I need break fluid. They charge $500 for the brake fluid refill. I called 2 other mechanics, they quoted me $150, also free diagnostic.i refused their services they wouldn’t immediately return my car. They made me wait an hour to give my car back. They did nothing to my car so why take so long to return my car? They kept attempting other clients & making me wait forever to pay their stupid bill. No one looks happy to be there, they all look upset. Waste of time, waste of money. Extremely over priced. They wanted $750 for a $150 job anywhere else.

We had the best buying experience with this location! Shaun the manager, Austin our salesman, and the finance manager were all amazing and very helpful. Austin was patient with all our questions and spent time explaining how everything works (so we wouldn't be confused with all the settings after driving off the lot). The receptionist was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we came through the door. We were treated with respect and care and it really shows what a wonderful dealership this is. We highly recommend Las Vegas Cadillac! We will be back!

Very disappointed came in once again and left with another issue cause by employees that work at this location. Just needed a radiator fan and brakes changed, I choose to go to the dealership because I assume I will receive better quality of work and service, jokes on me, they let me leave with a missing cover to my 8000 Forgi rims, things happen. so, I went back, the manager informed me the mechanic broke it trying to get it off, they stated they would replace it! After 2 weeks of them not ordering it, I chose to go buy it myself they stated they would reimburse me in 10 business days well Its 2 weeks later and I have not received a respond from them. My car was at the dealership for over 2 weeks for what they told me would be a max 6 hour job they did not keep in contact, would not answer phones or return messages , No one that worked there had any answers when I would call for a update about the ETA of when they would be finished they just told me I would have to speak with the women who checked the car in , which apparently she only works like 2 days a week because she never was in the office, On top of that my brakes are still squeaking, they did not wash the car like they do every other car, I can honestly say I have spent upwards of $10,000 dollars in the past year at this location on services (Out of pocket/ No warrantee) the last visit here I had an issue under the hood and when they gave me the car back the radio screen was broken , they agreed to install the radio but we had to pay over $600 for the screen I should have never went back after that, lesson learned.. Just go to another location!!!!! I have literally had better service with mechanics on boulder hwy

We recently bought an XT4 Mindy was our sales representative She was awesome she had everything ready for us, from the first step at the door she was nice, and helpful and answered all our questions, I will keep coming back to Cadillac of Las Vegas and Mindy will be our sales representative every time, Ted at financing was nice as well, we love Cadillac of Las Vegas !!!

Good experience from my salesperson and the dealership as a whole. I hemmed and hawed most of the day and even visited some other dealers (different makes) while I haggled about the deal. I hadn't even decided I was actually getting the car until later in the day. Mindy was gracious and communicative throughout the process and we eventually came to a lease agreement. The one issue I had was that the contract indicated 10,000 miles/yr and the numbers I was shown were for 15,000. I didn't see this until I got home and was going through the paperwork. Turns out they gave me the 15,000 miles/yr but, maybe had a typo on the contract? The GM Financial website indicates 45,000 miles for 3 years. Even so, I would check the contract mileage numbers (first time leasing for me so, I didn't think of it) before signing so there's absolutely no confusion!

First Service I wanted done since I purchased my vehicle I had called into set up a appointment. I asked about a loaner as the salesperson told me they have some. The Lady was nice on the phone and said I would have to wait a month and a half to get one. I set up the appointment to get this for my work. I get to the dealership and ask for the loaner car. The service advisor said they do not have have any. The dealership had ample amount of time to disclose this before I arrived at the dealership. People would have a better chance hitting the lottery before getting a loaner car from this place.
Second experience was better as the female service advisor did a great job to take care of me.
Third experience was horrendous. I called to get my car in and the service advisor asked me what was wrong and I disclosed this. I called on a Thursday I believe to set this up as the 4th of July was coming up. He said it was a short week and be in on Monday at 8:00am. I showed up and had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. The service advisor said first thing that they had computer issues and he got my info. Day 1 no info or diagnosis. Day 2 no Diagnosis. Day 3 still nothing around noon so I picked up my car as this caused a issue for my job relying on others to take me around.
I asked to speak to the General Manager Larry and was put in voicemail. He did call me back the next day. I disclosed I worked a dealership at one point and why did I make a appointment for nothing to be done. Larry disclosed it was for a consultation. They had computer issues and were a week behind. I have a problem with this as it was already known and should have been disclosed when I was setting up the appointment to begin with. Once again no communication or good customer service from this dealership. The dealership I worked for they would disclose if there was a back up to avoid any inconvenience to the customer. They would also communicate status or delays on the vehicle. The General manager is not sympathetic to the customer and Cadillac normally has higher standards rather than a take it or leave it attitude with people.
Last but not least if you want no communication or good customer service this is the the perfect dealership to go to as they set the bar real low for a dealership
