I had a great 3 almost 4 years at Cabrillo. The staff has always been helpful and kind. They are quick to respond to maintenance checks not to mention super friendly and caring. The only thing that was a draw back for me was the gym and the out dated pool furniture. Everything else was fantastic!

The amenities are nice, the neighbors are polite and considerate, the area is optimal in regard to everything from shopping to having schools nearby, all in all I’d recommend this complex with high regard. The pool it’s stupid cold tho…
