I bought a conveyor oven from a manufacturer 3 months ago and it started shorting out and tripping anytjing I ply it into. Power outlets, generator, etc. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Burneys plugs it in, happens to work and says "nothings wrong with it, come pick it up" he doesn't try and trouble shoot, doesn't look into more. I explained it works sometimes and other times it doesn't. But he's too lazy and doesn't care that it's costing my business money and the time I spend contacting the manufacturer to set up an appt to get it looked at. He's worthless. All he cares about is me picking up the oven so he can get paid from the manufacturer.

Don't waste your money and time with this company . Very unprofessional all the way from Tec to management. I call them for two different issues nothing was done ... well yes the did make sure to write down the invoice w so many chargers .: I just called different company to come and take care all their mess they left for me .:

This is the worst company ever they lie about everything and fix nothing! Then charge u a outrageous rate and say they will be back they never come back and then tell u it's another problem please people do not go there liars and thefts work here

Affordable, efficient and reliable. Awesome service! Dropped off Kitchenaide counter mixer and within a few hours they called to tell me what the cost would be to fix. They had the part on hand so by the end of the day my Kitchenaide was repaired.

I was leery coming here based on the previous review, but felt worst case scenario, I say no to the estimate. I took in a 16 year old Waring commercial blender I received as a gift from Williams Sonoma. The repair man, Jose, stopped what he was doing to tend to me, listened to what I said, told me the price and of labor and informed me would also include part cost. He called me later that day and I authorized it. Completely effortless. The only "complaint" if there was one is that when I went to pay, the lady behind the counter just yelled "Drop offs in back" before the door could close on me. After I told her I was there to pay, but would gladly leave if she wanted to finish playing Candy Crush, she got up and took my payment. But that's no reason to knock the repair service itself. It was fair, honest, and expedient. I will definitely bring all my appliances here for repair in the future.

From the first time I called they put me on hold and never got back to me. then I called back in the lady had an attitude, I ordered and paid for a set of wheels for my son's powerwheel, they said they would call me when the wheels were in and after a month of waiting I never heard of them. I called them after a month and left a message and waited a week, and still didn't get a call back. the service is horrible, and so are the people that work there. after a month and a half I'm still waiting for my wheels..... they suck.
