Was waiting in line 10min before recording...don't you think you can organize the candy when there's NOT a long line?

Watched two managers not help the one cashier out when the line was extremely long for one cashier to take on. They both bossed him around and told him to call someone for help while they went to walk around the store? Like help the kid lol. Didn’t end up getting anything because that line was ridiculous tbh. Felt really bad for the kid he looked overwhelmed. Management should do better with flow of the lines. You’re a manager you can hop on and help your employees out

Giving a shout out to Robyn. She saved the day. Not only was she kind and understanding but when I had drop the candle and glasses shattering everywhere, she was so sweet and let me pick out another one. I always have a good experience when I come in, but Robyn made it 10 times better today! She even said a cute joke to make me feel better. Thank you! ?

I needed socks for my dog. The pet store didn't have anything, so i decided to go to Burlington to buy baby socks. The store was so neat & very organized. They had exactly what I was looking for! And the staff was very helpful too! I will definitely go back.

I just left this store at 2:35pm on january 10th 2023. I stood in line for 10 min while 1 cashier was dealing with a return and people starting lining up behind me as well. After awhile a manager came up but didnt acknowledge the line or how long we were waiting or that the cashier was having an issue with the woman with returns. I got irritated because nobody was doing much to help us aftee the long wait. I vocalized to my sister that im leaving and not giving this store my money because they obviously dont want it. Even after the manager heard my complaint ahe ignored me. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere since its okat for your employees to mkae customers feel like you dont want our business.
