A store whose quality of customer service is dropping significantly! On yet another adventure this Wednesday, I went into this store and needed to use the public restroom, which was locked; I looked all over the store for an employee who could help me, but there was no one in the aisles or changing rooms. I went to the cashier, where I was informed that the public restroom could not be opened ???

The cashier Zyere was extremely disrespectful. We wanted to buy a painting and the barcode was ripped off a bit and he just refused to sell it to us and wanted us to leave our place in line just to go grab a new one ourselves. When we asked him to call someone on the radio to grab one for us because we didn't want to have to wait in line again and shouldn't have to because every single Burlington I've ever been to has radios to call other employees to help find barcodes missing; he said "it's not my problem" his only job is to ring people up, that's not your problem it's your JOB. Disgusting attitude. Thank you to the manager for helping us out after and apologizing for him. Which he never did just stood there like a little boy in trouble. Hope he leaves that job soon because obviously he's terrible at it.

Won’t let you in without a speech on not stealing. Fitting rooms closed. Bathrooms locked, had to have a man escort me to the restroom and type a code in to unlock. How could you enjoy shopping in a place where you’re treated like this?

Today, 08/22/24, the store opens at 9 in the morning, it's 9:40 and they still don't have a cashier. Why open if you can't buy? Terrible service

Just imagine a retail version of the DMV... That was my experience today at the Burlington coat factory... Wanted to buy one item and there's literally about 70 people in line... I've never seen anything like it before... Each way they were giving away free toasters or something. To say that they are short-staffed would be an understatement... I Highly recommend you avoid coming here on Sunday afternoons. I just put all my stuff back and left; they lost a sale today

Terrible...spent alot of money on school clothes at this location and fitting room were not open so had to take the clothes home to try on two pairs of pants didn't fit so took them back to exchange tags on with receipt was told they can't exchange because one pair had a few of my dogs hairs on them this location will never got another cent out of me.
