I am from Canada and needed to order an altitude kit for my Westinghouse generator just before a long trip in the USA.
After a simple call with Laura, they accepted that I ordered my part and delivered to their store because Las Vegas was one of our first stop before heading to Utah / Arizona.

This is a Family owned business offering great service, Honesty and above all, INTEGRITY! Took my Ryobi String Trimmer as it seemed half dead anyway! i WAS REFERRED to Home Depot "HAVE TO SEND IT AWAY FOR 4-6 WEEKS". THEN SENT SOMEWHERE WAY OUT WEST to a Ryobi Dealer..."OH we don't service trimmers!" Finally found Burlap Landscape and Supply. They called with the diagnosis...motor dead, no motors in stock at Ryobi until Jan. They requested a replacement. It was approved by Ryobi, and received my replacement 3 days ago! These people are kind, pleasant, patient and knowledgeable!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED QUALITY BUSINESS IN LAS VEGAS!

This review is long overdue!After calling SEVERAL suppliers in Las Vegas, the woman on the phone at Burlap & Landscape Supply was the ONLY person out of all I had spoke to who offered an extensive knowledge about the engines and safety features specific for my application, recommended a Tecumseh engine, the governor feature is what really interested me.I purchased a Tecumseh 6 HP engine for a surprise Christmas gift for my son in 2021 (approximately 6 months ago) and I have to say we are all happy about this purchase. The engine was very clean and strong. Starts up every time with one pull. Thank you so much Burlap & Landscape Supply for helping to make this gift a success!
