I will admit I am not a heavy Burberry client; just not my brand. However, I stopped in 11/3 for a scarf, the (SA) Daniela serviced me. I picked out a scarf that just so happened to not have a tag. Fine…so I thought. She tried the scarf on me and gave me an idea to tie it. She asked did I want to wear it out after she tied and I said sure. I took it off and put it back in the bag as soon as I got back to the restaurant I was eating at next door. I decided, after finding the scarf I wanted at another store, to return today. I was rudely told I could not return as the tag was missing…then later was told I could not because I wore it out the store. I’m sorry, YOUR SA put the scarf on me to show me a style for wearing. This was a very bamboozled experience that I have never encountered in my shopping adventures. I have contacted corporate and I will not return to Burberry as a brand, but particularly would not recommend this location.

Had the unfortunate experience of being received by perhaps the most unwelcoming and curt sales representative I've ever come across. She doesn't know to respond to questions with even a modicum of respect. My friends and family will be avoiding this location indefinitely.

This location is fabulous. The staff isn't overbearing and the service they provide is spot on. My husband, mother and I enjoyed doing some light shopping here while visiting the Las Vegas Strip. I was looking for a pair of sweats or pants to complete a date night look and came across these beauties. Soft, classy and not too flamboyant. We left with a few other goodies as well, highly recommend this location!

I went to Burberry to purchase shoes. Well unfortunately I got the wrong size. My salesmen name was Tamir. Dispite the size screw up, Tamir was very helpful and patient with me whiling shopping around. Once I got back to my home state Missouri, I noticed the shoes were too big. I sent the shoes back and instantly, Tamir reached out to me via his personal cell phone to insure I get the correct size in a timely manner. He was very polite and helpful. Service 100/10

Staff where nice and friendly both the security guard/doorman and the employee helping me. I went in looking for a purse but didn’t end up finding something I liked but the staff made the experience quite enjoyable.

We were looking for something for the hubby and since he is a fan of burberry we step in and Natalia help us right away I love her knowledge of style and such a caring and helpful attitude for customers , She was amazing also with my husbands personal style at the end he decide for shoes and she make sure that he was satisfied with his election meanwhile we wait With our cold spring water . that's the kind of service I love , I wasn't even gonna buy anything for me but she made me change my idea and came out all happy with a beautiful and comfortable dress to spend the hot summer evening at Las Vegas

I purchased slides while visiting last month. Amanda was my sales professional, she was helpful, cheerful and not pushy. She even text me a few days later with her contact card if I ever needed any help. A couple weeks later when I noticed one of the straps beginning to tear I was so thankful she had text me. I was able to easily text her with my concern and from beginning to end she has made the exchange completely painless! The communication and customer service from Amanda has been excellent!

Horrible experience a lady with glasses that works there don’t know her name, but am guessing she can’t have kids or doesn’t have kids told me that there was customers like for my baby not to be loud all kids yell or scream that’s how they experience themselves if u don’t want kids in there don’t sale kids clothing we had to tell Amanda we were not buying anything due to the horrible experience will never shop there

Very exciting experience. Amanda Mahoney was amazing on her service! She was tremendously kind and help us to find our right fit and the perfect match for each other. Everything was so beautiful as always. But the service is totally recommended by its quality!
