Good experience with the company. Called them at 8pm and they confirmed I was functional enough to wait for an appointment the next day, they were here the next day on the earlier part of the time window. Also provided me with a discount coupon. They do offer Veterans discounts.I will definitely use them again. The technician they sent, Danny was very knowledgeable and eased my worries on how drains are connected. I had a lodged object in my shower drain and he was able to get my shower back in working order.

Bumble Breeze installed new HVAC units in the late spring. They did a fabulous job through the entire process. From assessing my current needs, providing a detailed quote, answering all my questions, clearly communicating dates/times for installation to following up after the install. I went through my first seasonal checkup this fall and continue to be pleased with the entire process. They are friendly, efficient, communicate appropriately, and do great work.UPDATE: With any large project like this, there are bound to be some installation challenges. For me it was trim around the attic access and holes where the thermostat used to be. I was assured during the selling process that these would all be fixed before they would consider the project complete. While the damage was minor, I perfectly understood the nature of the damage and it was not because of poor workmanship or carelessness. True to form, they did dispatch somebody to do the cleanup work. This was NOT contracted out. This was one of their own employees meaning Bumble Breeze took ownership of making everything right. And they did it well. Full communication, follow-up, quality work. They will be my first call on any future projects that they service.

David assisted me with some plumbing work that I needed done. He is very professional, punctual, knowledgeable and has great customer service. He goes above and beyond. He spoke very highly of his company on several occasions. You could tell it was genuine and not manufactured. That says a lot about David and Bumble Breeze. 10 stars!.

Aaron was really great and patient in explaining what has to be done realistically without hard selling things that would cost a fortune. He even taught me how to wash the filter so achievement unlocked! Communication was great and all prices emailed to me for consideration. Awesome company.

I was in a tough situation when my main line to my house wouldn’t open late one evening. Called Bumble Breeze and they were able to send out a tech that night. The tech was Roberto. He was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it. Price was reasonable. Would definitely use again.Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I would like to thank Wes, the representative with Bumble Breeze. This company has honest old school values with family in mind. He educated me on my options for replacing my rooftop HVAC system. They honestly care about what would work best for my home and never pushed or pressured me into one option over another. I have nothing but respect for this company and their core values of assisting a customer to make the right choice. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the service that Wesley and Scott provided to our family. They were kind and courteous. We are in our forever home. Our power bill was out of whack. Wesley determined that the AC was the issue. It was 26 years old... Go figure. Within 2 days they were able to install a new unit.Plus they found that the ducting was drooping. So they went ahead and put a plan in motion to fix it for maximum efficiency. If you are open and communicate with them, they will go out of their way to make you happy. Any one that is giving them a bad review hasn't taken time to communicate with them. Give them a chance to serve you... You won't regret it.

(09/14/2023 Las Vegas, NV) After getting 3 estimates, I decided to go with Bumble Breeze to replace my AC. I chose BB simply because they were able to send a crew the very next day, they have the best prices/equipment in town, and to top it off, they gave me a Veterans discount. Our salesperson (Mark) was great! Mark's sales pitch was flawless. He was informative and honest, without the "typical" high pressure sales pitch approach. Everything went perfect with the install. The crew that came (Jordan and Johnny) were awesome! They were both extremely professional, courteous, and considerate to our requests. Wilton’s Team installed a new Goodman HVAC 5 ton and 2.5 ton units. They did a nice job and all work was done in one day. They removed the old HVAC equipment and packed it up. Shawn did an excellent job removing the old A/C units and installing the new units. Below is a photo of Wilton and his Team. The Team was courteous and neat, respectful and professional. Christopher and Daniel were fantastic. They arrived on time. They kept me informed throughout the install. They answered every question.... They were very conscious that aesthetically ever looked great. I really appreciated this. I have been shopping for a system for 3 years. This experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this team.

Wouldn't you know it, a leak in the pipe under a manufactured home on a holiday weekend! Called Bumble Breeze and spoke with a very understanding lady. Yes we can send someone out today. Wow! Thank you. Lou checked it out and knew exactly what to do. He explained what was happening and how to fix it. I felt bad as the leak was under the house and he had to crawl under the house to get to it. After completing the repair, Lou stayed to make sure everything was in working order. That's what I call professionalism.

Awoke to no hot water this Labor Day. Pondered waiting until Tuesday to call for help, but laundry and family needing to shower erased that option. Yelped for a service, saw Bumble Breeze and read the reviews and opted to try them. Made a call, had a lovely lady take down the pertinent details and advised we could have a tech out within the hour. Inquired about the fee and while sitting down was pleasantly surprised that it was $99.00, fair and reasonable given it is a holiday too. My husband and I had initially executed all the pilot lighting steps (so we thought) and were Google convinced it was our thermocoupler wire. Luckily Daniel, our tech arrived and surveyed the situation. He proceeded in a careful and thorough manner, executing the same steps my husband and I had already tried, and BOOM, the water heater ignited and began humming. We could only laugh. Daniel explained the process of what he did, and took additional steps before departing to insure that we had no leaks of carbon monoxide (thank you) and that the heater was working properly. He was knowledgeable, patient and understanding. What a pleasant first time experience with this company. We will be back...thank you again.......
