Daniel made this one easy simply because the dock area was blocked from an earlier delivery. So we just offloaded it without the dock.

We came to pick up our will-call. 5 stars for your new employee "Trey" was very helpful, courteous and service with a smile. Unlike many of your other employees. One employee had the nerve to tell us as we were entering the store. "Why are you coming in, we're closing in 10 mins" then he laughed at us. My husband was so upset. We were going to ask for the manager but Trey turned this horrible experience into a position one.”
“I always have good luck at Lowe's and their pro services seem to be pretty helpful every time I've had to order something and have it delivered they've been on time and prices are more than competitive so so far I'd have to say they get five stars my only complaint is I know they're general inventory so well that when they decide to relocate things in the store move things from one section of the store to another it throws me off cuz then I got to figure out where something that I normally know exactly where it is and I hate having to walk all over their stores cuz they're freaking huge but other than that no complaints and had good luck every time I've been in one for the most part”

“Staff is super knowledgeable about what they have in stock. I live in Reno, but my parents purchased handles from them in 2021ish and recommended them to me. I purchased a new home at the beginning of the year (2023) so when I went down to Vegas to visit my family, I made my way into the store to find handles. I was overwhelmed by the stock, but was super impressed with the variety. I was able to place an order and have it delivered to my house. I placed an order on a Monday or Tuesday of June 2023, and it was delivered within two days. Super impressed and would definitely recommend.”
