I had a very good experience with Brothers auto. First Bianca and her husband has the best customer service.They even towed my car for free to and from their body shop and did a very excellent job on my car with a very affordable price with express auto service with excellent work .Thank you very much and I am very pleased with the beautiful work that you done to my car .And I also want to thank you for being very trust worthy with my car and I am looking forward to doing more business in the future .

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Not only was The manager disrespectful but he is a straight crook. I was overcharged and my vehicle wasn’t fixed properly. If I could give 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Maybe their work is good. Can't say for sure. Didn't get that far.This review is about the BOOKING experience - as in, what it takes to actually start getting work done.There are a couple of issues with this place. First is communication. They rely HEAVILY on chat/text messaging. If you use email (like adults), it takes days to get a reply. It's pulling teeth to get them to call you on the phone so you can talk through stuff. My work is minor body work. But I also wanted some repainting, so I expected a high price.In my case, I needed them to pick up the car because it doesn't have insurance (on purpose), and I'm on the clock during the business day, plus it's quite far away. It would take at least an hour to and from, which doesn't work for me M-F unfortunately, and in any event I don't necessarily need to be there to approve work; the damage is obvious. They got that done, but unlike what their website says, they actually use a third-party service, not their own. The guy that came out was great to work with and all, but it's misleading to give the impression that they are the ones picking up the car when they aren't.So they got the car, then they sat on it for THREE DAYS with no reply for an estimate. When they did reply (after constantly nagging for a reply), they did come back fairly high on the price as expected, but then quoted another FOURTEEN DAYS to do the work.Now, let's put in perspective. You're talking three dime-size dents, one barely noticeable rear fender dent, two dime-size scrapes where the paint was clean removed, clearcoat wear (from sitting out in the sun) and repainting. I expect repainting to be 3-5 days. So where are the other 9 days coming from?They might be busy; that's fine. The problem is, over chat they quoted 5 days, but then sat on my car for 3 days when (and I don't exaggerate), it takes only a few seconds to see what all needs to be done on the car. So had they reviewed it right away and started working right away, from my perspective it'd be 10-11 days, which I could probably justify, especially if I didn't get fancy with the repaint.In a perfect world, they would acknowledge that they sat on it for 3 days, and get "Joe the tech" off whatever they're working to prioritize my car to make it right. But I digress.The issue though is communication, which they suck at. That needs to be addressed. Without that, none of the rest of it matters.

These guys never sanded my car before painting it and painted over the old chipped paint and now it’s coming off. The car looks like a at home paint job. Beware!!!

Words cannot express how thankful I am for an amazing job they did. While others were charging me $$$ they charged $. And the detail! Chef kiss the fact that they thank me for my patience was so nice, like no thank you for taking care of my baby ?! Pick up exactly when they said it would be ready and they even added in a generous change of headlight protector so I can see better at night better. The harsh scratch that someone did to me was gone!! I will be coming back here as my go to shop. Happy holidays to your team!

If your vehicle is in need of repair, do yourself a favor and take it to Brothers Body Shop. Honestly, I am skeptical about taking my car to be worked on anywhere in Las Vegas. I had my car inspected by Brothers Body Shop (per my attorney) after being rear ended while sitting at a stoplight. Brothers was able to inspect my car, provide my attorney with an estimate for repairs and fix my car within a few days.Recently (after the tropical storm that rolled through Las Vegas last month, 8/2022) the undercarriage of my car needed to be completely replaced after being torn from my car by standing water in the roadway. I went into Brothers Body Shop and Bianca (the office manager) was able to quote me a price for the needed repairs. Bianca's price was 1/2 the price I was quoted from two other body shops. Not only was the price 1/2 of what other body shops were quoting me, but the parts were ordered and within two days, her husband Beto (one of the two brothers who own the business) repaired my car promptly and professionally. My car is now aesthetically PERFECT and safe to drive again! Thank you Beto!I am an FAA licensed aircraft mechanic. My work has to be unremarkably perfect. I know when quality repairs are done on auto's, especially mine. Don't use any other body shop in Vegas. You will not receive the kindness, high quality work and extremely fair price anywhere else other than Brothers Body Shop.Service: Body & Trim

My husband and I brought a prius red into the shop needing a door dent fixed / paint. They not only provided great customer service experience they gave the best price you could ever hope for I would recommend them a million times for the amazing work they have done.
