i got my car from them almost 2 months ago and haven’t received the title yet. they claim that they are having issues with their insurer and i cant get my title or get new tags on my car.

These people are scammers and have stolen individuals cars and sold them
For profits, have contacted BBB, consumer affairs and will take as far as I can. You can’t steal from honest working humans and think that you’ll get away with it. VERY RACIST towards specific groups of people.

This business is not closed. This business advertised as private seller, was dealer, often unreachable after I made cash purchase. I am unable to receive title after 30 days. My military retiree boyfriend found 2006 Toyota Solara on Craigslist on 6/28. In addition to my Director role at UNLV, I sell real estate and needed a car that I could put more miles on. We saw the car that day meeting Obdulio Gudiel at an Arco on Southwest side of time. Price advertised as $4,400. He said price would be $4,800 with tax. He advised at this time he was a dealer. We made handshake agreement to purchase the next day. While in route home, Obdulio said he needed $200 deposit in good faith. We stopped at bank withdrawing full amount for purchase. Upon return back to the Arco, Obdulio left and told us to give money to his assistant in blue shirt. Man in blue shirt advised he would collect money. When my boyfriend asked him for receipt, he said he didn't have anything to write with and asked us for a piece of paper. My boyfriend refused and we asked Obdulio to return. He returned and collected the money. My boyfriend expressed concerns over handshake agreement then the mid-route change. We gave $200 deposit and promised to meet at office on 6/29 for remainder of purchase. On 6/29, Obdulio presented receipt with amount of $1749 ($144.29 taxes) for total of $1893.29. We questioned this and he said that is how he saves on taxes. He adjusted price of car to then $4700 due to inconvenience and added free tint. We wanted car and to be done with transaction. We received car and 30 day tag. Obdulio said he would call within a week to pick up dealer paperwork to title car. Over the past 30 days there has been multiple excuses and no tag. Text responses 7/11 - "nothing as soon as we get it I'll text you to come pick it up. We have 30 days from the date of perches" 7/17 - "I'm going to call and check and I'll have an answer for you before the end of the day" 7/22 - "You should have it tomorrow afternoon I'll all you as soon as we revive it" 7/29 (30 days) - "I'll bring your new tag today". "I'm at the office getting it printed now I can have it delivered there before 4 PM today". "I'll deliver ASAP". After contacting him regarding the tag to be delivered as promised, I said I will call with police escort to pick up from his office. I receive the message at 5:00pm: "Just bring the car I'll give your money back I don't want to deal with you". "I want my car back, I'll refund your money". I presented via text my written receipt and Motor Vehicle Purchase Order and Federal Disclosure Statement

This place sucks their customer service sucks they have teens running the place I had to return multiple times and always ended up waiting for some reason or another what I was told was ready for pick up never was waiseted my lunch brake on something I thought would take 5 min plus had to come back more than once never again
