Very rude and judgemental staff including manager. Unfriendly, rude, and hospitality was less than low. Rooms were nice, clean but with bad staff it didn't help the review. The maintenance guy however was friendly and helpful as well as caring.

They don't have free breakfast like they advertise; just free coffee.Won't rent to you if you're in a wheelchair because their elevator breaks down often!Noteworthy details: Staff routinely demands payment for cleaning, repairs, etc.Maintenance man is a thief with keys

I could never say enough about the Bridger Inn Hotel, from the moment I arrived I was treated 5 star!! The check in and front desk employees were top notch, the maintenance man Ron, goes above and beyond to make all things run smoothly. But the office Manager has her staff all in sync and couldn't be a better manager. From the free ☕ 24/7 to an always working ice machine. The Bridger Inn Hotel aims to please. The only bad thing is having to leave. I wish I could've stayed there forever. My hat's off to the wonderful owner. Good job!! Ty ty ty

I don’t expect much from a hotel in this price range in this city, where hotels make their own rules. I absolutely love this place, I’ve been coming here for years. It’s really nice for the price. If you wanna blow 5G’s a night to stay at a resort casino in PARADISE TOWNSHIP (“the strip”, where the resorts are) to see nothing but that resort’s casino, well, you missed the point, and probably deserved it. This place is a 5 minute walk from FREEMONT ST, Las Vegas, NV 89101, the REAL Las Vegas, and you just couldn’t hope for a better vacation.

They were so rude!! My boyfriend and I went through booking.com and reserved the room but when we got there the woman at the front desk was rude and started yelling at us because my boyfriend didn’t have his ID then she told us to leave and I had to threaten to take them to court because they wouldn’t give me my money back for a room that I didn’t even step foot in. The lobby alone looked dirty so I could only imagine how the rooms looked, I made the reservation on 4-1-21 and fought with them over the phone until 4-9-21 for them to refund my money. I finally have my money back but over all horrible experience and don’t waist your time.

I called the hotel as a business to business call asking who to speak with about doing some free sponsored key cards for the hotel. Cindy answered the call and rudely hung up on me maybe 10 seconds in to the call. It was not a "salesy" call nor was I rude, but rather upbeat and polite. She could have handled that call in many different and better ways. I can only hope that when I call back I speak with someone else and they are more pleasant. This is the hospitality industry right?

No issues with the temp! The AC and Heater have worked great. GREAT Location ( 2 blocks from Fremont) and Friendly Employees. Comfortable Bed and HBO, Clean Shower.

They do not have modern key cards. They only have old physical keys for the room doors, so if you have more than one guest you won't both have a key. Also, you have to pay a $50 cash deposit. No exceptions, your deposit must be cash. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable. The air conditioner didn't work. There was free parking and the hotel was located near Fremont street, but not so close that you'd hear the music all night. The staff was pretty friendly. It's not their fault it is an old very gross overpriced hotel. We paid $ 279.68 to stay here one night and it was hands down the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
