Came in about 3 months ago to look at a couple of watches. The salesman never interacted with us and acted like he did not care. I guess he thought we weren’t serious buyers or we could not afford them. Oh well we went over to Tourneau and spent 15k on a couple of Cartier’s.

Breitling boutiques are always a great experience and this one in the Wynn is consistent with the brand. I bought a Orbiter 3 from Sales Professional, Taylor Lesson. He knew every detail about the epic adventure that inspired this spectacular timepiece and, of course, all its features. This is a limited edition so get one before they are sold.

Benjamin was a great representative of the company. When I walked he immediately offered to show me around, and told me bits and pieces of Breitling’s history. He was not pushy, but he was entirely persuasive, and I mean this in the best way. This was the biggest purchase I’ve ever made for myself, at least in paying for it entirely in cash, and by the time it was said it done I was very happy with my decision. If I have not bought the watch I wanted I would have left with disappointment and regret.

Top Notch Service!
The staff was very kind & friendly, incredibly knowledgeable of their current product along with previous product and understood the heritage of Breitling- both past and present. They made the transaction easy and seamless and we celebrated with Champagne! Who doesn’t love that?
In addition to sizing my new Breitling Navitimer , they also offered a small history lesson of my current breitling and offered to clean and resize it for free- they went the extra mile and didn’t have to and I greatly appreciate that!
Customers won’t always remember what you did for them, but they won’t forget how you made them feel! I left feeling blown away and excited about my new time piece. Top notch service from this top notch team and they deserve praise for it!

My experience at Breitling Boutique at the wynn las vegas was very professional and dealing with the staff there, they were very knowledgable and ending up point me in the right direction to buy a watch.
