I would recommend Mark to anyone who wants to buy a watch. He is the GOAT! My husband and I spent the weekend watch shopping in Vegas and didn't come across anyone as knowledgeable as Mark. He sold my husband an absolutely gorgeous Superocean Heritage 2 watch. Mark walked us through the entire process and answered all of our many questions. He made the whole process incredibly enjoyable and fun. If you need to buy a watch in Vegas, Breitling needs to be your first stop! (The husband wrote this)

Wonderful store and very nice professional lady manning the boutique on Christmas Day, 2022.Google says they are closed today but it’s open, right across from Tiffany & Co.

I had been toying with the idea of buying a new piece for a few months. While showing some visitors around in Caesars we decided to stop in at the location in the Forum shops. Shop looked new and clean it was well stocked and they had a variety of watches to look at. I was greeted by a young woman named Jena, she was gracious enough to ask us what we were looking for and If we had any questions. We chatted for a bit, and it was apparent that she was certainly the in-house expert. We sat down to try on some watches, and she was nice enough to offer me a pour of Glenlivet while I shopped, and my friends browsed. I zeroed in on a Navitimer and a Super Chronomat. Both were great looking pieces, but I couldn't decide if I wanted the metal link strap or rubber. Jena really had impeccable taste and helped me narrow it down further based on what I would be wearing and doing with the watch on. There was zero pressure to buy right then as we had to make a show in another casino. I'll be back soon to buy from her.

Today was the day I was going to buy the watch I've had my eye on. 4pm inside Caesar's forums shops, into the Breitling boutique. Immediately there was no customer greeting. I poked around to see a few that caught my eye. The guy working was not engaging and the female there was just a husk. Nothing warm or friendly with these two. I ask about specials or sales. It was as if I was asking a ridiculous question that the who World knew was absurd. "If we had a sale, We'd be out of business" followed by a phony chuckle. No specials, incentives, appreciations. With this, I felt I was being profiled. Not a good sign when the foot traffic there is great and diverse. Walked out feeling like the sales people thought I was a rube. Anyhow, I took my business over to the Wynn Breitling boutique and it was the complete opposite. What a great place and great sales person. John. He was 100% there to answer all questions and let me know of the special/sales they had going on. Incredible. They had the exact watch I wanted so I bought it. $12k. Wonderful. It was a great experience, I was treated like an old friend, offered more than I expected. Bourbon while I waited. Extra gifts and special treatment. The shop at Caesar's is not worth visiting. At all. Go to Wynn.

I love the feel of Breitling boutiques. They have a way more laid back atmosphere than most other high end shops. Super cool crew and I love my Breitling BO1 Premier!

At my last Trip to Vegas I was browsing in this watch Shop and the person behind the counter offered to polish my Breitling Galactic Sleek for no charge. I thought it shined before, but wow! Great unexpected service.

Huge shout out to Kenny at the store. I have wanted a Breitling for years. I couldn't be happier that I went there instead of buying it online. It was an absolute pleasure and a great feeling to know that I walked out with the perfect watch for myself.

I was greeted by Hector Cazares when I entered the store. I looked around and asked to view one of the Endurance Pro's . Hector was very helpful and told me everything about the watch. He answered all my questions. I wanted to give it some additional thought and returned the next day and purchased the watch. The staff and service was top shelf and I will be back again during my next trip to Las Vegas. Thanks again!!

Excellent watch with better than good security. I had reached into my pocket to pull out money. I dropped $400.00 on the floor by accident. It fell just under the counter and nobody would have ever seen it. Thank my lucky stars Terry that works security saw it and stopped me. Great job Terry. Honest people....

Professionalisms, is all I can say about this place. I was greeted by Remo, and he patiently answered all of my questions (which I had a lot of). He is knowledgeable with all of the products they offer and his customer service skill are excellent. I take off my hat for this guy. He doesn't know it yet, but he has gain a customer for life. I cannot wait until I receive my custom order watch that my wife decided to gift it to me. I will most definitely be coming back back to him for my second watch in the future. One of thing that I liked about a Remo, is that he called me "my friend " throughout the entire time I was in here. We felt welcomed and appreciated. It was really nice talking with Andi (his co-worker), as well. He is knowledgeable as well and he explained other watches in detail. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a Breitling. You can not go wrong with these two guys. They will go above and beyond to help you out. They will even get you an Espresso if you want one. Thank you so much for all of your help Remo. Keep up the good work and continue to be humble "my friend"

We popped in this store to see if they happened to have the Superocean Outerknown collaboration as my husband was interested in it as a Christmas gift! We received such amazing service from Remo that we ended up choosing a Superocean Heritage which was simply stunning. So an earlier Christmas present than expected :) Remo was an excellent associate. Very patient, not at all pushy, just explained the nuances of each watch. He was very nice to work with and great with our kids as they waited for him to prepare and size the watch. He provided sparkling wine and espressos for us, and sodas for the kids while we waited and was just lovely to chat to! We left happy with the purchase and overall the experience was just wonderful!

In August we were in Las Vegas and my husband stopped at the store, looking at a specific watch. At the time he didn't have the resources to get the watch and I wasn't sure exactly which watch it was. .. Almost 2 months later I contacted Michael, he was able to figure out which watch it actually was. He gave me a great deal on the watch and was actually able to ship it to us overnight. There may be other Breitling dealers but they'll never be one as good as Michael from the Breitling Boutique in Las Vegas. Thank you Michael!

Terrible service. Hope they get shut down by COVID 'Wanna be' Rolex lost its cache MANY years ago. The new super-ocean has a NON-Metal ring around the bezel by the way. Some sort of plastic. I thought only Cartie uses plastic parts on their expensive watches Too many cut corners and ARROGANT ASSOCIATES who make minimum wage, but want to make you feel less than in the store Will take my business elsewhere (And my bus load of 62 executives too - probably at least 10 or 11 would've purchased a watch. So, that's roughly a 40k loss all as a result of arrogant associates No wonder this business can't compete with Rolex ...lol Never coming back again !

I was here for the Superbowl and was walking around with my wife and I currently own a Breitling already but was pleasantly surprised to see the store in this mall. So we walked in to check out some watches not looking like money and wearing NFL Jerseys both me and my wife but we were greeted by a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesman named Remo who took great care of us offered my wife some champagne and me a stella also noticed I had my avenger on and offered to steam clean for me while checking out watches. We did end up buying one that had to be ordered and Remo kept me up to date on the whole process and shipped out my watch and awesome Breitling flight jacket along with some Breitling hats. I received great service which is what I expect from Breitling and would definitely recommend this store and this brand of watch...
