A shout out to Joshua Linck and the rest of the crew at brake masters on Tropicana and Pecos. I had a wonderful experience as I always do very knowledgeable staff very friendly and they get things done in a timely manner. I would absolutely 1000% recommend this brake masters for any car work that you may have bring your car down ask for Joshua Linck, and you won’t be disappointed I wasn’t I have taken my vehicle there numerous times, and I will continue to take my vehicle there. I always have such a wonderful experience and my car is always done correctly the first time with no issues this break masters is off the chain.

About the middle of November I brought my car here with problems from service I received from another shop. I was experiencing screeching noises from my tires they recommended breaks and roaders, of course got those done then November 28th my car had to be towed here and my transfer case was blown due to Valvoline. The mechanic Josh has done an efficient job on all the services I have received from this shop, they go above and beyond for all of their customers! They help me every step of the way with this whole process and trying to get my car running again, I can not thank this shop enough!

After being ripped off by the dealership(charges for work not completed), I was referred to Brake Master by a coworker. I dropped the car at 7:30 when they opened - no problem. I received a call around 8:30 letting me know the results of the brake inspection. When I returned after work the car was repaired and waiting for me. Gary was efficient and honest about the work and pricing. I would highly recommend trying this auto repair shop. I will be going back for all my car repairs.

Taken all three cars I’ve owned here and they always give me good customer service and car service. From my Hyundai to my BMW they get everything needed done. Fair pricing and good techs in the shop. Shoutout to Khalid and Gary up front for always getting me in when I get there.

Get my services done here from my BMW to Hyundai to Tacoma. Never had any issues, one of the few shops in town I trust to leave my car with and not be hustled or bent over. Gary and Khalid are honest and respectful and always get me in when I arrive. Skip the dealership and support Brake Masters and get trustworthy work done here instead.

My brake technician Josh was amazing. He showed me everything and explained what I needed and why. Rotars, drums and pads all 4 tires. The quote for the same exact work was 800.00 cheaper than another quote from a well known business, WTH. During the whole fix he updated me on the progress which was amazing. Keep it up guys, the customer service of the whole shop was awesome. 10 out of 10

had some work done on my truck there, 1st time, they changed my master cylinder ( rear brake was locking up), and adjust the brakes ( paid over $300 just labor, truck is old and parts are hard to locate, so I provided a brand new one). Was told it would take and hour, I sat in their waiting room over three hours, paid them and drove to work. Two days later, had to stop quickly, brakes locked up, called them and told them such, told be Bring it back and we'll check it out. Took it back to them last Friday, they adjusted the brakes all four asked them while tires are off the truck would it be possible to rotate tires, they are already off, they said sure no problem. Go to pick up truck on Saturday, was charged almost two hundred dollars to adjust the brakes and rotate the tires ( they charged me to rotate the tires $60.00 to rotate the tires that were already off the truck..... paid them... yesterday 12/21/23 brakes locked up again, called them and told them that the brakes are still locking up, told to bring it in they would make it right..... arrived at about 2:30 on 12/21/23 went to the counter, Hispanic guy with pony tail assisted me, explained what was happening , he looked it up on the computer and said we adjusted them on Friday, told they are still locking up...,. he shoves a BLANK INVOICE towards me and says sign this, tell him I already paid for this, I just want it corrected, he says sign this, ask why, he says so we can look at the truck.. I say it's blank, he says sign here.... I walked out... be careful don't ever sign a blank invoice anywheres, had the misfortune in the past to sign an invoice that was blank, got charged $3,000 for unauthorized repairs, was told you signed the authorization....just be careful... paid brake masters over $500 and brakes still locking up!!!!!!

I went in to get my front lower control arms replaced. I was in and out about 2 hours. The mechanic explained everything to me after he was done. I really appreciate the help I get from these guys. They always take good care of me. I definitely recommend going here.
