Yea, so it has been a while since I have done a review. I normally ONLY do one when it has placed a great impact on me. Whether it is a good impact or bad one, it is determined by how significant the impact is... with that being said, let's cook...So I had a 7am appointment and I arrived very early. Was told initially to check in at 5 because that is when receiving begins, ok no problem.I come in at 5, am told to check in 30 mins before appt. Fine, no problem. Now, here is where I have the problem... I come in at 630, then I am told receiving guy isn't there yet, come back in 10 more minutes... really??5 trucks checked in before me, all bringing things and they have doors... why did I have to wait some more??I hope I don't come back here any time soon, what a waste of time. 2 stars ONLY for the kind gentleman I spoke to first before everyone else...

Oscar, the supervisor, demonstrates incompetence, narcissism, vindictiveness, and in his management style. His actions contribute to a hostile work environment and include consuming alcohol on the job and engaging in personal activities, such as meeting with his mistress, during lunch breaks. Moreover, he shows favoritism by allowing his preferred employees to leave early for personal matters and manipulates their time records by instructing them not to clock out, subsequently adjusting their hours according to his own schedule. These behaviors are entirely unprofessional and have resulted in the resignation or termination of numerous talented individuals due to his abuse of power. One instance worth mentioning involves a past employee who had a strained relationship with Oscar. This employee, who worked as a router, submitted a request for time off to visit his son. However, Oscar deceitfully recorded it as a resignation notice and provided false information to management, ultimately leading to the employee's job loss. Several incidents of misconduct involving Oscar have been reported to HR, and former supervisor JD and General Manager Tom are aware of his behavior. Surprisingly, no action has been taken to address his unprofessionalism and vindictive actions. It is astonishing that Oscar has not faced termination or legal consequences for the lack of professionalism he exhibits.

Very good service, unloading in a timely manner, spacious facilities, friendly employees, except for the woman at the reception office who is unfriendly and even rude since she doesn't even respond to the greeting, but in general a good place

I arrived at my appointment time and they still did not respect it and left me for another day, they started unloading at 6:30 and finished at 11:30 very slow unloading service, in addition there are no public bathrooms and it leaves a lot to wish, I don't know if I would come again

Truck parks in the travel lane on Industrial during rush hour around a blind corner, causing people to slam on their brakes or swerve to not run into the back of them, when there's a perfectly fine parking lot attached to the building they're servicing, so that really says all you need to know about their safety culture. An orange cone is not a Park Anywhere Pass
