Customer Service: attentive and knowledgeable - ask for Betty who is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
They have an extensive array of merchandise - boots, hats, women's and men's clothes, jewelry, blankets --If they don't have it, you don't need it!!
I bought a beautiful pair of boots, and was so thrilled to pick up a Pendleton blanket I wasn't even planning on getting but so glad I did.

Needed a new pair of boots for work. I have larger than average feet (15-1/2 EE width) and it's difficult to find a place that carries my size. They multiple options to choose from, and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. A 20 hole lace up, square toe, non-steel toe, aggressive sole, heeled boot. They had a wide selection of socks and insoles as well. Of which I selected some to try out. I have not been disappointed. Still breaking in the boots, but they are comfortable walking and working in them for 12 hours a day so far.

I had looked at Ariat Fatbaby boots several times over the years but never purchased them but I'm so glad that I did!
They're perfect for motorcycle riding, no laces or zippers just easy pull on easy off!
