The team that I worked with today helped me pick out phones .I purchased 4 phones from them. All three staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable . The location that I went to was on Charleston and Brush. Go to their location darlings if you are looking for great quality phones and exceptional guest service.... I'm so disappointed with the customer service (or lack thereof) I have been given here at this location. I've been trying to get back on the ACP program to assist me in paying for my monthly service. I have been back 7 times and still haven't been able to. It's always something. Either their systems are down or the national verifier system is down or some other problem. Then I was told if I left my name and number, they'd call me to come back once things were back and running smoothly. I never received any calls and that was 2 weeks ago. I'm not saying all Boost locations are bad, just don't waste your time at the Charleston and Brush location. Because for me my issue still isn't resolved and I'm frustrated.

Shirley and Luz were amazing. Their customer service exceeded anything that I could have imagined. They aren't just working there, they care about their customers. Their professionalism and level of assistance was outstanding. There should be more people like them in the workforce. Thank You so much you guys! You've help me tremendously. I would come back and send others here without a question. Boost Mobile is lucky to have you guys representing their brand.

I went to this place to start a new plan, but it took forever for my turn eventhough there was only 1 customer , so I had to leave and they lost the sale. I went to a different store to do business.

**Update**So this location's staff aren't bad. Boost mobile suck but the women here tried to help me. This is an all beautiful latina, all female (other than one guy). They weren't able to change my plan and fix my data issue, but they tried, and they are all attractive, so at least there's that. Can't go wrong with nice ? and ❄️ air conditioning.They can hook you up with the acp program to get you connected with the free service for any plan up to $30 a month.Also, WARNING! DON'T PURCHASE REBOOST CARDS! THEY DON'T WORK ANYMORE. The new system is bogus. Be careful with every dollar you spend with the new boost one. They've changed a lot.
