My car was not working and needed to be repaired immediately, a repair the dealership said they couldn’t do and wanted to charge me $9000 for a new engine instead. I took my car to Courtesy and Thomas and Avi were so helpful throughout the whole process. My car was fixed within a day (no new engine necessary) and the price was unbeatable. The customer service was excellent from bringing my car in, communicating about my car via phone, and picking my car up. They are the only ones I want to service my car now. “They did a nice job on repairing my back door but now the window doesn't roll down so l have to call Monday and go all the way back there and be without my car again for them to fix it
Suggest for future when you put the panel doors back you check the window to make sure it works.
Also they never called when my car was done.
I didn't even know it was sitting for 2 days until the rental car place called and said l was supposed to bring my car back because caliber let them know my car was done.
To inconvenience your customers like this is unexcusable for the amount of money repairs cost.
Now l have to wait 2 days before they open again just to make an appointment to get my window working again.
I called Monday and they fixed my window right away

“I got in an accident with my 1999 Toyota 4Runner and totaled it. I decided I wanted to repair my truck and pay out of pocket. After several calls and visits to other body shops I was completely frustrated at being told no one would do the job because it was too old, it’s totaled, etc. I made a call to J and M and spoke with Julio the manager. He said yes they would do the job. Within 2 hours he had a tow truck out to pick up my truck. He even picked me up to drive me to the shop to do the paperwork as I had no transportation. Within 2 weeks my truck was completed and it looked brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the personal service I received from everyone here including the gentleman in the front office. I highly recommend calling them especially if you have an out of the box situation. They will work with you.”

“Absolutely stellar work. More than impressed with their caliber of professionalism and quality of service. They gave me such a phenomenal deal and superseded my expectations. Adolfo kept us updated the whole time. The driver side had a dent where our basketball hoop fell on it and then the whole hood started peeling. Not only did he fix that, he redid shoddy work from a previous body shop and got our Yukon Denali looking like new. We also had three huge mechanical issues:1. Low oil pressure. Possibly the O ring in the pickup tube in the oil pan.2. Electrical. Lights flickering haven’t bench tested the alternator yet. New battery. Maybe a bad ground? Fuses3. Bad rear shock. Constant re-levelingAll were addressed and now she runs just like she did when we first bought her.Top tier business. Thank you guys so much!”
