I recently had an excellent experience at Werkstatte, and I wanted to share how well the team took care of me and my car. From the moment I arrived, Mason, the service provider, was incredibly attentive and made me feel at ease. He took the time to understand my concerns and kept me informed about each step of the process, which made everything clear and stress-free.
I was also very impressed with Andrew, the senior tech, who took a thorough look at my car before any work began. His attention to detail and expertise were obvious, and it really showed that he wanted to make sure everything was in top shape before moving forward.
This level of care and professionalism gave me complete confidence in their work. If you’re looking for a place where they truly care about you and your vehicle, I’d highly recommend Werkstatte. Thanks to Mason and Andrew for going above and beyond!

Broke down in my ‘01 325i off of I-15 while moving from San Diego to Denver (read- car filled with my personal belongings). What could have been an absolute disaster was mitigated in less than 24 hours thanks to the team at this shop. Thanks to mechanic Chris P and especially to service advisor Fernando who went out of his way to make me and my boyfriend feel cared for; as a young woman with a broken down car, the comfort and assurance went above and beyond. After explaining my situation to Fernando, he made sure they were able to diagnose & order parts within an hour 15 before closing that night and fix it the next morning. They made sure we could drive the remaining 800 miles in confidence.
On a personal level, Fernando was super kind and made sure we could find some peace in the midst of our detour. He gave us suggestions of how we could spend our night in Vegas and even helped us get to our hotel down the street.
You can definitely feel good about bringing your car to this shop!!!

This is my second time visiting this BMW shop, both times worked with Fernando and I'm consistently satisfied with their top-notch service, professionalism, and reasonable prices. They truly exceed expectations!

I have had my car for the past 3 years and this is the only shop I have taken it to get serviced. They are really helpful with any questions I have and honestly thoroughly explain work that they have done, in addition to explaining future work I need as well. It’s hard to find good shops but I trust them and their work.

These guys have been servicing BMWs in Las Vegas for over a decade. I usually don't leave reviews but they truly care about your vehicle. You should see how busy they get during the summer time. Plus people trust them with their Rolls Royce vehicles. I would never look for another shop to work on BMWs.

Had some work done here, door repair and parking sensors. Positive experience for the most part. It would be good to clarify the shop charge to evaluate the car. I (mis)understood the fee would be applied to labor if I went forward with the repairs. It all worked out in the end. I was given a fair price and the work seems to be complete with all repairs functioning thus far.

If you are BMW owner, and you like to deal with professional mechanics, this is the right place for you, absolutely indubitable.
I had very good experience with these guys.
I had a problem with my bmw for the last 5 years,(check engine light is on, continuous) and after visiting different mechanics, nobody can tell me what exact is the problem, and how much will cost repair at the end. Everyone says Just change everything step by step, until…. Nobody can estimate when and how the hell will ended.
Here, at Werkstatte, guys found exact the problem, and explained me everything about it, in details, and after that they fixed it in 2 steps. Honest people. Reasonable prices. It’s Incredible. Thank you Victor, Andrew and all others. Here you feel like in family. Will come back definitely. ?

I have called BMW Only twice in the last couple of months hoping to get a quote for repairs on my BMW. The first attempt I was so shaken up by the Service “Advisor”, Fernando; he was utterly rude and unpleasant it was sickening. I had my car at the dealership being looked at (both times) and wanted to get a second quote. I told him what the dealer said I needed done and he continued questioning me and refused to assist me unless I gave him my full name, phone number, license plate number, VIN and other irrelevant information to give a quote. When I told him I didn’t have my information in front of me, he in the most disgusting tone, said he can’t help me and to give him a call back when I have what he needs. His service is the WORST I have ever experienced. He seems like the type to rip off a woman because he thinks she doesn’t know anything either. I was already a bit stressed because I knew my car was going to need an expensive repair(s) and he made it 100 times worse. Meanwhile I was able to call 3 other shops that were friendly and pleasant and willing to help me without giving them any information like Fernando requested. Not that it would have been a problem to give him or anyone else, but the way he speaks to you and belittles you is such a push away.
I decided to call the second time to see if his service would be any better or if there was any other advisor to help me, but I was wrong. I will NEVER bring my cars here nor will I ever recommend anyone to them. Take your business somewhere else, where you won’t get spoken to like you’re trash.

This place is great, and prices are reasonable! Everyone there is really nice and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in at an earlier time and got the job done fast! Definitely will be back for more work.

Only place to leave your BMW in Vegas. I was stranded and Vegas. BMW did the work for 1/3 was the dealership quoted and did a perfect job. This is an honest and fair team and glad to have found them.
