Quoted me 3.5k for a new cluster and programming and told me some other parts were broken when I just switched them out and they work perfectly fine took it to my mechanic changed out only the cluster and programmed it and it worked perfectly should’ve never bought this brand of car absolutely trash cars that spend 90% of their life in the shops

I talked with Christopher via email a few times and did the research I wanted. Came in and let me test drive and without pressure, didn't try to hustle me and so I didn't hustle back and took the car and bought it the day I tested it.
Everyone was kind and worked with me. Worked out at the end of the day.

BMW of Las Vegas has always gone above and beyond to listen to questions and concerns while servicing our car. Service writer, D’Andre has worked with us for 6 years and is always courteous, helpful, and makes sure our car is serviced correctly and timely. D’Andre is absolutely the best. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable!

Took my car in for service and initially was told it would take about 2 hours...however, my service advisor Frank Hughes, had the car repaired, washed and delivered to me in 1 hour! Always courteous and very professional. That's why I love BMW of Las Vegas, it's always a great experience!
