I loved working with Blueberry Jewelers. I took a very fine chain that needed a new clasp, then needed a loose stone set in a pendant AND needed a gold tab charm for yet ANOTHER pendant, all for the same piece, all around the same neck. I could NOT be happier with the result. I keep stopping at every reflective surface to enjoy the beauty of the work they did for my piece. Great service, reasonable pricing, and fantastic work. Highest possible recommendation.

I needed to get my 14 K gold chain claw clip fixed, I called and went in the same day. They had my chain fixed within 10 minutes amazing service & amazing owners!! They also own the restaurant next-door!! You can get food while you wait for your jewelry to get cleaned or fixed!!

This great jewelry shop repaired my wife's hoop earrings when another established refused. So, when her soldered wedding band broke, we knew where to go. The gentleman did a great repair! Now let me tell you they own the San Francisco Restaurant next door that has the best sourdough bread bowls outside SF. I have no personal relationship with this family, but good is good. The world should know about this because integrity matters.

DO NOT TRUST THIS JEWELER! I am LIVID! My husband commissioned Blueberry Jeweler to custom make our wedding set 5 years ago. Which they did. I have very sensitive skin and anything other than gold, silver or titanium will cause my skin to react and either turn green or break out in a rash. Which my finger did within a few hours of wearing my engagement ring. We called and were told it was because there wasn’t a special coating on the band. Which I accepted as true. I’d never had a custom piece of jewelry made, so I trusted them. HUGE mistake. When we added my wedding band, also custom made here, the same thing happened. So I went to the store myself a week or so after our wedding. I was told the same thing, that silver will tarnish without the special coating. Much like pure silver flatware. I asked about adding that coating and was told they could no longer do that since the stones were already set. Again, I accepted this as true. Well, we took my set to a new jeweler to be cleaned and to have my engagement ring and wedding band melted together because they kept pinching my finger. When we went to pick them up, we were informed that our rings are NOT pure silver. There is some silver in them, but they aren’t pure, as we believed and what we purchased and paid for. Now our entire wedding set has to be remade. The new jeweler wouldn’t even try to attach my bands because she didn’t want to risk ruining them when she doesn’t know what they are made of without melting them down and testing them. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. My husband paid over $1,500 for this custom set and other than the stones (which we will also have tested now), it’s worthless. They took our money and lied to our faces. We will never be back and we will tell everyone we know to stay clear of this place. What a scam!

Does a good job resizing watches but he always keeps extra links when he takes them off the watch and only gives you back some. Basically stealing the links thinking you won’t notice. Count your links before you resize them to know how much you have and how many he takes off.

This shop is great, they made us feel very welcome. My husband is terminally ill & decided it was time to take off his wedding band that hasn't been off of his hand in 25 years. Rudy cut it off easily & soldered it back together for us in less than 30 minutes. I thought this would be an emotionally difficult thing for us but they were so friendly that it was a lot easier than expected. Their dog is a giant sweetheart too.

By far the best customer service I've ever received. For my anniversary, my husband had a ring made from family pieces. It turned out beyond my expectations. My mother (who never likes anything) loved it and commissioned her own piece. Absolute transparency through the whole process. 3D printed samples for review. Fair pricing. I can't speak highly enough of Rudy and his abilities. There are beautiful pieces in the cases as well....not to mention a fabulous restaurant next door!

Repaired prongs on my engagement ring and fixed my earrings. The owner is very kind and professional. Both my ring and earrings look brand new. Didn't take very long to repair and called when my items were ready to pick up. I definitely recommend this business for your jewelry needs!

Absolutely great customer service skills. I brought my rings that were left to me by my mother one to be sized and one to get prongs around the diamond.Totally reliable, and it was ready when he said it was gonna be ready. This is the only jeweler that I will use in the city!

Beware. Today is October 1, 2022. On August 18, 2022 (see attached receipt) my husband purchased a watchband for my watch. It fell apart the first day. I returned to the store, that band was replaced. The new band fell apart and it was separating (see pic). I returned to the store and requested a refund. The clerk made several statements. "We do not give refunds". "You have already worn it." "We give our money to Hadley Roma." "You have had this for quite some time" I reminded her of the date on the receipt. In the past we did receive good service from this store so I was surprised with the current attitude. Beware, it does not appear that this store stands behind their product.

The owner is a very helpful and creative person, he designs his own jewelry and will make you a piece if you just ask and tell him what you want! I needed to have black lacquer reapplied to my bracelet I bought in Hawaii 20 years ago and I thought I'd have to take it back there to have it repainted but when I was in his shop I mentioned it and he had said he had just done one recently that made my day because I have needed to have that done for a long time. Also I had a bunch of junk gold be bought it all from me and gave me a really nice check for it. He is a really nice guy super easy to talk to and explain what you need done, very helpful.
