Tried to buy a recliner but none of the workers would help me. Waited 45 minutes and then had to go up to the register to ask for help. All employees still stood behind the register just chatting, ended up buying the same recliner at a different location.

Cool place with plenty of everything you need except stationary ? no birthday cards or wrapping paper except at Christmas time. No gift bags either , cashier was super friendly and other staff walked me to the items I was looking for instead of just pointing.

Store looks run down, not very well kept. Furniture section too large and not Ada compliance. As a former store manager for big lots not sure why district manager would allow this store to look this way.
