Went to 20% sale. Have not been to the store for months due to empty shelves and huge price increases. This trip was amazing. Shelves are FULL again with MARKED merchandise, much lower prices than a few months ago - like when they opened. They're playing it smart..there are many items are same as Dollar Tree, (which is $1.25), but many of BL items are now priced at $1.19, (plus I got 20% off.)
"Well played, BL." You're cheaper - I'll be back!!!

Only went here because MY big lots had a fire!...& not reopened yet. This Big Lots didn't have all the snacks etc..that I love and get from MY Big Lots in/on Centennial Pkwy. But this one is decent!

Waited in line to make a purchase asked the cahsier if i could get the umbrella which was at the front where they were at and she proceeded to check anothee customer out as i was grabbing the umbrella.Overrall very rude cause then i had to wait in line again to get checked out even though i asked politely if i could grab it since it was one register away . Wouldnt come back here

Clean, well stocked. Some cute, unique items. Furniture prices are a bit ridiculous ever since they bought the Broyhill name and branded everything Broyhill.

Visited store on 12/05/2023 at 8:01PMThe lady who helped me with my stool purchases was very accommodating. The protection plan she sold me for my items was worth it. With staff like that I'll definitely be going back.

Good selection of stuff for a Big Lots. No complaints. It's a large location and I'll definitely head back to check the furniture selection. I bought a couch from a Big Lots in another state. For a $240 Big Lots couch it holds up with daily wear and tear from a fat guy. Recommended for a shopper on a budget or a family with young kids who wreck stuff.
