I visited this store this past Friday, 3 May 24 after having to go to several other stores. The service offered by the associates were impressive and remarkable. Brent was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I needed very specific items that had to spot on based on the circumstances of my purchase. Brent did an outstanding job making sure I had exactly what I needed and did so with professionalism and patience…thank you.
Belle at the cash out was equally knowledgeable about my purchase as well as the pertinent sales discount available to me. She also made sure that I was aware of additional incentives being offered by the store. Belle expressed excellent customer service and was equally courteous and attentive…thank you Belle.
Brent and Belle both represented the Big 5 Brand excellently.

Being a gun owner is difficult these days. This is one of the few places you can still shop and browse ammo. Jennifer and staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable on the difference selections. I shop here frequently and highly recommend.

Absolutely horrific. I bought a pair of roller-blades, and not 1 week after, they broke. The front wheels came off as I was going 15 miles an hour down the street in my neighborhood. Had I been on the actual street, I may have been hit by a car. DO NOT buy sport equipment FROM HERE, you may suffer injuries. What if I had been going faster? What if I had been riding at night? DO NOT trust this stores equipment.

Big 5s weekly deals and monthly discounts are the best. Staff here is very knowledgeable and courteous they will even carry stuff out to your car.

I hope there will be more sports specialty stores like this in Korea.
There is a large parking space in front, and it is a space that sells a variety of exercise-related goods, clothing, energy supplements, and beverages, including ball games such as soccer, basketball, and baseball, as well as fishing, hunting, camping, and fitness.
The prices are much cheaper than in Korea, so it would be a good place to visit for those who like to exercise.
