Fraudulent business.This building houses multiple fraudulent businesses. Fake websites and service business that take orders and don’t exist. There is also a call center here that supports many of these criminal enterprises by pretending to take customer service calls, giving fake order status, etc.

no one ever answers the phone nor do they return phone calls. Ordered product several weeks ago and haven't hear a word. Very odd. I wish i would have checked the reviews before i placed the order.

Order # 15315 - Order & Paid 12/04/2021. As of 02/03/2021 we have not received over $500 in merchandise ordered. Horrible customer service, I have sent several emails and tried calling several times with no response. This is horrible and un-excusable. Please ship my order ASAP and maybe I will improve the review

I hate leaving bad reviews bc I am a business owner myself, but I have been cheated out of hundreds of dollars that I ordered in products. I am experiencing the exact same thing the previous reviews mentioned. No tracking number, no responses, no returned calls, no nothing. Someone needs to shut these scammers down, I work too hard for my money to be stolen from me. You better hope nobody books a flight and shows up at your business doors and give you a piece of mind. (I hope someone does bc you scammers deserve it!!)

We ordered a large quantity of items from here over a month ago and have not received any shipping info since. Called multiple times and the customer service reps just say they will ship it that day then hang up, but then we never receive any tracking information. Fraudulent company, don’t buy!

I placed an order in early August and paid $20 for Fed Ex shipping. I called after a week had went by without receiving anything and left a message. No response. After two weeks of not receiving anything I called again and left a message and emailed. Absolutely no response. I paid via PayPal and placed a claim for reimbursement. At the end of the fourth week I finally get a response that my order was shipped. No FedEx tracking number of course. Horrible communication, horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.
