“BEST BIKE SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER!

We rented four electric mountain bikes from Giant Las Vegas in Summerlin. The weather was super hot at 100 degrees plus, so we opted to start as late in the day as possible. We planned to ride from the shop to Red Red Canyon and bring the bikes back the next day.

The bikes were top of the line, even better than we expected loaded with tool kits, chargers, and helmets.

The team at the Giant Las Vegas were fantastic, adjusting each bike to fit us properly.

Since the park entrance was closing at dark, we weren't sure we would make it on time. Barry, the owner of the bike shop, offered to drive our bikes to a spot closer to the Red Rick Canyon. He loaded the bikes into his personal vehicle and saved the day!

Great experience. Receiving personal service like that, I will only buy my future bikes from Giant Las Vegas.

“Great service and product. My husband’s 5 yr old Evelo battery died this winter and when I tried to order a replacement was told they were back ordered 6 months! My local bike shop suggested ebikemarketplace and what a great experience from start to finish. I talked to a friendly, knowledgeable representative who explained the easy process of sending them my battery to be rebuilt! I was even able to have the battery upgraded from its original capacity and it’s better for the environment! The normal turn around time is about 4-5 weeks ( better then 6 months) and for a nominal fee it could be expedited. I had my rebuilt battery back in less than 2 weeks. When I took the bike out for a short 6 mile test run I was surprised to find it had more power than originally and I still had 95%+ juice still available! My advice to everyone is don’t buy a new replacement, have this company rebuild the one you have. They are terrific!”
