An absolute disaster from start to finish. I saw a deal online for vapes so I decided to go to this place. I live over 30 minutes away and work up to 80 hours a week. I called before I drove because I didn't want to get there and hear "sorry deal is gone" or something of that kind. But when I get there I was told that who ever I talked to was wrong and that deal won't be honored. I finally get a day off so I decided to pop open the vapes that I did get because I didn't have time to drive all over town. Neither of them worked and while I was arguing with the "manager" at the desk there were other customers saying the exact same thing, they went home and vapes don't work and these people paid for new batteries just like I had to. No one would honor deals, no one would offer any type of compensation for everyone's inconvenience. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I will be contacting as far up the chain as possible, Its beyond losing $30, it's my time. Working 80 hours a week you realize how precious time is and this place has consumed hours of my time with no more than a "sorry too bad" so this is not over i will be going to corporate because not only was my time wasted but staff was rude and literally laughed at the inconvenience then when they thought I left they all gathered at the lobby and put their hands up like "who cares" worst staff i have ever seen at a dispensary.

We love Beyond Hello and they’re the only dispensary we use! They are always friendly and offer awesome perks & discounts constantly.
They’re also really honest, often times figuring out ways to get my purchase totals even lower than I’d calculated. They don’t HAVE to do this, I appreciate the integrity though!

what’s up with the .9s?.. why isn’t it just 1g? i got a gram of wax and realized it says .9 but 1g is the same price so i don’t get the point lol i can understand .5 but .9 just doesn’t make sense.

Been here a couple times now and this is definitely one of the best places around for discounts, quality, and variety. The brands have not let me down, and the vibes are always immaculate. They are very informative and happy to help. So far it’s been easy to get in and out but I expect it to get busier because this place is amazing.
Jordan was very fantastic, she was very knowledgeable and positive. Super friendly and deserves everything!

One of the few places left in Vegas that still gives great customer service. Staff is always friendly very welcoming. Appreciate that from a business that I spend my money. Great place to shop. Great place to visit. Cheers to a place where everyone knows your name lol ☺️

Fraud all day. They charge me double for my order and have given me the run around. The manager will call you back she’s in a meeting is the line the reps have given me for two days. We can’t issue you a refund because of how our system works. We can write a check but we only do that on Wednesdays. Really? Watch your accounts because they are not honest and could give a hoot about fixing their mistakes

My bud tender Keila was amazing she was so nice and sweet she found me the best pre rolls today they had buy one get one 50% off so I got 2 pre rolls testing at 24 percent for $15 it was the best price in town Trust me I called a few places they were so nice over the phone I had to stop in It was definitely one of the nicest dispensaries I've ever seen I love the design I love to look I'd love to own a dispensary like this myself One day they have a very good system it was quick and fast and I was in and out before I knew it I recommend this dispensary to everybody In las vegas everyone there was nice including the security guard 10/10 experience
