Was driving just before the 13 exit on the 215 and one of your trucks swerved right in front of me and nearly hit me from the side because they wanted to get over, the entire back end of their truck nearly hit me, luckily I stomped on my brakes and barely missed getting hit, horrible driver, most likely not paying attention

My experience with the sales person was fine, however he did not advise me when I placed my order, and delivery that they would not remove my old mattress because I smoke, had I known that I never would have made the purchase.

My wife and I were extremely happy with our salesperson, Derrick. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the mattresses. It didn't take us long to choose what we wanted and needed because of Derrick. We didn't leave to shop around other stores. Delivery was scheduled for the next day. Great experience.

Needed sheets to fit my new bed I purchased at Best Mattress. Mike helped me find the perfect bed and sheets. I also bought the moveable frame. I use the anti snore mode, I know longer need the breath strips. Such a great discover. Mike is a no pressure guy and very knowledgeable. Thoughtful and pleasant. I like his smile!

Derek T at the Smoke Ranch and Rainbow location was very knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect bed! He even had me try out pillows and helped me select the perfect mattress protector. Overall a very quick and easy process and very good customer service. Will be back to purchase future beds! Great job to Derek and the entire company for making this expierence very easy.
