I am amazed this Woman is still in business. I worked for her years ago and I was absolutely astounded at the way that she treats animals. she is very dishonest with all of the clients, when asked if the dogs get water or are walked throughout the day she will look you right in the eyes and say yes. I assure you that this is not true. she will withhold tips from the employees. she also has several animals that live in cages at the shop, never getting to leave them. One of these is a large pig. she is not a good person and does not care about your animals. please don't ever go there

I haven't actually used this groomer as I live in a different part of town, but I did want to express my appreciation for some very helpful and informative advice that Corinne (not sure if I have the spelling of her name, correct) left me on my voicemail. If they are willing to be so helpful to someone who is not a client, I can only imagine how good they are for their actual clients! Again, thank you very much for taking the time to help me understand the care that my dog needs.

The lady who takes the appointment is rude and to the point, do not go there they never answer the phone, and if you make a appointment there is no way to cancel if you have to work the you make the appointment, she does not work with you, she get very offended if you cancel and try to change you appointment, and they are always under staffed do not go there she is very vindictive

Best In Show is a great Groomer Facility. The owner really loves animals and her staff are very caring and gentle with my dogs. I have 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and they really like going there and they are so beautiful when they are done. I have been taking my dogs there for many years and I have never been disappointed, I highly recommend them.

Always does great work on my bunny, super knowledgable to where im always learning new things to do or try for her. She cares about the animals 100% without getting caught up in the buisness portion to just crank out cuts like some places do eventually. Love this place. Has great cbd for pets as well if you're looking for good quality.

Such a great find!! Over a dozen or so visits, Corinne and the team at Best in Show demonstrate world class care every time we go. They always made sure Isabelle was taken care of each time she went in, and came out looking cute and happy. The level of compassion and knowledge you get with an already comprehensive grooming package makes this shop well worth it.

We have multiple dogs we take here and they are amazing. We have dogs both elderly and sprightly. Needing haircuts and hand stripping, all done perfectly and professionally. We cannot say enough about this amazing groomer.

So nice! Took great care of my scaredy pup (and his worry wort of a dad lol.) Very knowlegable and helpful. My pups quicks had overgrown and they were very helpful in getting his claws back to normal, even allowing a quick nail trim as needed on schedule without having to book a full appointment!

Would not recommend working here nor coming here for dog grooming. To begin, the owner is horrible. She appears nice but is very disrespectful and rude. Karine does not treat her workers like “family” the way she says over the phone. She always has to be correct and is never in the wrong. She blames her workers for everything and never takes accountability. She overbooks appointments everyday and slave works her employees to get them done. If you apply as a bather, you are told that your shift is from 7:45-3:45 with a 30 min lunch break, that’s not true at all. You will never get out on time due to her lack of management and you will MAYBE get a 10 min break. But she gets to go outside and smoke a cigarette whenever. Definitely not the happy dog place you want to work at. She does not know how to manage a business nor workers. Furthermore, I would not recommend taking your dogs here for their “Precious” Spa day. There is no experienced bathers due to the fact everyone quits after 1 week. Your pup will not be washed or bathed correctly at all. The soap dispensers barely work and some don’t work at all. After your pup is washed/ groomed, they will be in a crate with a towel and no water. This place was probably good a few years back but DEFINITELY not now. By far my worst working experience ever and I’ve worked at multiple dog related jobs.
