Terrance with the geek squad remembered me from a couple weeks ago. It was a car audio install that I've been having a hard time getting the parts for. He tracked down the right part and when it finally came in I set up the appointment and he installed it in about an hour. It came out very clean and looks sharp. Great job, I would go back and i definitely recommend Best Buy for installs.

Don't purchase merchandise from Best Buy that you can't walk out the door with. I sat around all day waiting for a delivery of a television. No call, not text, no delivery. I went into the store to cancel the order, and the salesman said that he would have the Geek Squad deliver the television first thing in the morning and install it. He said 9 a.m. I cancelled my morning appointment and moved it to the afternoon thinking that I would have time to make my afternoon appointment. I wake up this morning and see a text message that the television would be delivered between 1 and 5 p.m. I called the 1-800 number and explained that I was promised a 9:00 a.m. delivery. So now, it's nearly 11:00 a.m. and I'm still waiting for this delivery. Simply one of the most frustrating and annoying experiences I have ever been involved in. Consumers beware! Read the other reviews that mirror my experience. This company has absolutely no concept of customer service.

Never get a credit card from here. I've literally paid the amount I borrowed but the interest is so high that I owe more than the credit limit that I started with. Absolute trash of a company. Nobody ever use a Best Buy credit card. I will do everything in my power to ensure they do not receive any business after how much I've been paying for this credit card that should have been paid off if it were legit. It's definitely not a company you should trust and believe me when I say, they are the most vile tech company in the world. Im also fairly certain they buy their 5 star reviews from customers

Absolutely crazy. Went to buy over 2k worth of computer equipment and couldn't get one person to help me. I waited 15 minutes for someone while watching employees stand around talking and refusing to get help. Great product's very bad customer service and cashier's

One of the workers. Took a lot of time to help us find what we needed for the price we were looking for. He saved us $40 and a trip to another store.

Horrible waste of time. Ben the manager was a total smart a**. Leaned against the wall in between doors with him arms crossed smacking on him gum!Geek Squad was no help whatsoever. They make you carry everything into the store and then find every reason not to repair or replace items under warranty!Shame on you Ben, Best Buy and Geek Squad! I will never shop your stores again!

For all the white people out there, do not go in this place. Best buy hired blacks that are running away from work and refusing to serve white people. It happened to me on Saturday Feb 3rd 2024. I waited for 10 minutes at the phone section after i asked for some help and eventually a black young man showed up very bored and not in the mood to talk. Secondly i bought a battery and tried to check out but another black man said that his register is not open so eventually a white woman came to check me out. While that happened a black woman showed up and check out on the same black man and same register. I'm even thinking to sue Best Buy for not teaching blacks how not to be racist against white people.

At of the Best Buy’s I been this has been the worst one. Waiting in line to check out for over 30 minutes and the thing that got me more upset is that a staff manager team member check his family member first instead of costumers in line and not only that but give them. 40 % off I’m sure that’s illegal and probably a crime to Best Buy
