Worst customer service, I started asking one of the team members a question regarding laptops and computers but he ignore my boyfriend and I. After I went to go ask for a manager and he didn’t seem interested on what we had to say and just brushed us off. The manager was a white bald guy in the front of the store. Worst experience. Not coming back to this Best Buy. This was the employee that ignored us and walked away.

The staff is usually amazing. The exception was was the mobile phone salesperson. Complete misrepresentation of the facts.

The customer experience is horrible no one greets you. Or ask if I need help. I asked 4 employees for a AC Adapter all just said or point at the phone section. I show them exactly what I'm looking for using the Best Buy with a higher amps but they just pointed no one would actually see if that's what I was looking for they would leave as soon they told where to find it. Got frustrated looking for it just left.

Came in to get the new iPhone 15 for my daughter I figured I would get the same deal that AT&T store was offering I thought wrong. AT&T offered me $700 for trade-in on her 13 iPhone and this Best Buy offer me 100 I left and went back to AT&T store

Worst customer service. I went in to get a phone case. I asked one of the employees where the case for my phone was and he pointed and said somewhere over there and walked away. I don't shop there very often but I won't go back.

Michael, store manager, together with Adam in the computers, they both need a lot of customer service training. Both. At the end, the store manager greeted me with "Have a good one, brother"!! Really?6 years later... A bunch of workers around, trying to look busy, but none of them are able to point you in the right direction so you can find what you are looking for! They spend 8 hrs daily there and can't be bothered to know where the products they are trying(or NOT) to sell, are. Sad

This Best Buy use to have great inventory management. No longer. You’re lucky they have anything in stock that you are looking for. Their inability to maintain inventory and reflect it on their website no longer exists. It’s a gamble if they have even what you have purchased for pickup. They will tell you something is in stock and have you come down there to pick your order up just to tell you the item was just sold to someone else.

Very friendly sales guy, had a nice conversation. Came there to buy a laptop. And later bought a mouse and a carrying bag. I had hoped they had more action cam stuff though.
