Best buy employees are bunch of cluster theives stealing content of the item and sell the empty box to coustomer. Rude cusotmer service blame customer for stealing but they forgot they are the one. They think they are smart...lol... but they are not. Won't be too long exposing the croupted store.

I usually have a great experience but This is the second TV they replaced and this is what it looks like. They told me the original Hisense TV I bought was a horrible brand so I upgraded to this Samsung TV and this is the result after they delivered it to me.
