I went to find the fathers day gift. My husband wants the shoks bonephones bluetooth. They had them on display. The employees very friendly and helpfull. As soon u got in the store they greed you and ask u what are u looking for and how they can help u. I gave them 100% over all. Cashier help u with info u need. Very satisfied.

Service was good except for the Microsoft rep. The employee and I are talking about things I need due me being a dj and the Microsoft rep just jumps in and is trying to sell me something that told him I don't need and he's trying to convince me I need more cloud memory. The rep apologized about him l, we laughed and we continue with my purchase.

I spent 800 and only had 10 days to return!!! This store policy is the worst .I will never spend money there again..it took longer than 10 days to find out that the 400$ printer I bought sucked!!

I'm just giving it five stars because it's Best Buy and the place is still open I would have thought most of these stores were closed

I'm just clearing the situation. We love Best Buy; is just that the last couple of times we went to buy things, they stopped our payment; we have the Credit Card from Best Buy which is from City Bank and because we don't have it with a Visa or Master Card, they stopped your purchase in order to get you to apply for the card with Visa or MC; we don't want it like that. So this time, I told my husband to leave everything (our total was over $240), and we left.
The people at the cashier were very rude, well not our actual cashier, but the manager and the second cashier were very rude.
