Thanks to this location, I'm now enjoying the best TV I have ever owned BY FAR. And it's all thanks to an employee named Robert. He didn't normally work the electronics section, but when he saw me wandering the flat screen area, he helped out big time. Explained to me the difference between LCD, LED, and OLED, and after understanding what was important to me, narrowed me down to my ultimate purchase, an LG OLED TV that has everything I could ever want in a TV, without even needing external speakers. Robert did NOT have to help me. But he just did. And his advice and wisdom were sage. I hadn't bought a TV since maybe 2013, and 10 years later, I was totally lost. This purchase happened in mid August 2023 (after having moved from NYC in late July) and while I'd been too busy to write this review before now, it's always been on my mind to do so. And now oh-so-satisfying to complete it. I believe in Karma. Robert deserves it. Thank you!

Not surprised this location doesn't have a good rating. Bought a laptop online and opted for pickup instead of delivery because it stated available in 1hr. After arriving at 430, they told me 30min. Kept saying sorry more time. At 7:30 I asked again since they close at 8 and they tell me it's not in stock. Wasted THREE HOURS OF MY TIME!!!!! Zero compassion or compensation for not checking that to begin with when I arrived at 430. Worst experience ever

The pick up times suck I waited for 2 hours and still it wasn't ready. This location should close down and they should add a new one that is better.

The worst most slowest pick up times!!! Don't place an in store pick up order for this location. They take their sweet sweet time. What should have been ready in 15 mins took well over a day. Smh....
