It has been SOOOOO long since I walked into a best buy. I was excited to go in to by an Oura ring but unfortunately none were in stock. But the service was A1. I was quickly assisted for my return & again for the sizing of the ring I'll need to order. Thank you guys the customer service I have received at this location is the only reason I'm going through Best Buy. This location hasn't usually had the item in stock and I have to get it sent from a different best buy. But know it's only because the outstanding service here.

I needed help with my Outlook/Hotmail app on my iPhone. Received the help I needed. Only took a few minutes and there was no charge. Based upon this experience I would return to Best Buy to make future purchases.

I WISH I would have read the reviews before I stepped one foot inside this store, I couldn't get anyone to help, finally a gentleman asked if I needed help? I said, I did...He proceeded to get on his walkie talkie to ask for help, I could see two guys across the room leaning on a TV box, they both said they were at lunch!! If you're at lunch, go to the break room..not on the sales floor looking at people but offering NO HELP AT ALL!
I left the store and placed an order online only because the website said I could pick my order up in a hour...that was a lie, 4days later I canceled my order and just went to Walmart, should have just went there in the first place. I WILL NEVER SHOP OR ONLINE SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Long story short both times I shown up, the guys are gossiping worse than a female, can’t offer to watch my bike while I quickly get a lock, they don’t take incoming calls because they’re too busy gossiping, so you can’t ask for a product, you must talk to call center representative, which technically don’t have all the answers since their system to update what’s in stock isn’t collaborating on an end. So I shown up to the worst store to buy electronics. Best Buy used to be better than big 5, now I’m searching for where cheap products ( Walmart ) are or I’m having to go an extra mile or 2 because these old males and young African Americans want to get paid by the hour, to stand and be princesses.
Younger kids in other departments just walk around for steps because as they are not aware where bicycle products are, even though they’re right in front of the computer, I’m glad I can always help myself.
Also unnecessary Uber expenses because their customer skills, visibility, leadership & common sense, lack.
