I highly recommend you avoid these people. They are far worst than a plague. They seem professional and kempt but they have no clue how to run this business or any other business(thats why they have to change the name every now and then to sucker new customers, not to mention having a number of LLC's to hide behind). Upfront they seem to know what they are talking about...snakes with a silver tongue, that would be their sales lacky paige... Like a stylist they have good taste but when it gets down to the nitty gritty, 0 clue.They will sweet talk you with a generous turn around time. i was told 3-10 business days or material delivery 3-5 days for installation. I was guaranteed before christmas which was what i was hoping for so I paid in full, by the way NO OTHER COMPANY REQUIRES 75% DOWN TO START WORK. Also they wont release any design aspect until paid. I was just happy with the promised turn around time. the 3 weeks come and go, so many lies from their other idiot, his name Paul( real name pawel horbulewicz… if you want to do your own research, google away and you’ll be surprised) blamed everything from the delivery company to the their contractors being busy..in the end its all picked up from a local warehouse which had it in stock...So about after 7 weeks cabinets came...problem is they were missing half the kitchen... also the contractor they hired was off of a service hiring website, like angies list or craigslist...luckily the experience of the contractor saved the project because he knew what he was doing and got the actual parts that were correct/needed unlike said company. Its now been over 2-3 weeks since then and still no counter tops...again with pawels lies and excuses..their busy contractors are on another project blahblahblah...More lies and excuses. So i decided to report them to The contractors board, nevada consumer protection, to the business license board, and also to the attorney generals office(though they wont help individual cases but with more reports they will take action against this business and its owners). I also plan to take this company to court.I should've added this somewhere in my long rant but communication from them is horrible, they will flat out ignore you. They will never answer calls, they will always say "in a meeting" "call you back" which almost never happens by the way( to my 200 calls I got 3 returned. They have multiple cell phones so if you annoy them enough they turn off the main and jump on the other or use something like google voice to change numbers... good thing they're stupid enough to respond from the wrong phone so i have all their numbers. Also you see them on craigs list enough hocking their crappy used appliances. They are the shadiest of all shady companies and should not be in business.PS yes i had paid in full from day one and fulfilled all my obligations as a customer. After deciding to stop using these morons on my kitchen and going to other companies every single one of them said these people are horrible and have helped dozens of people to correct these peoples mess.

Beware of this business . So we walk in to their warehouse around first week of November when we were about to close our newly purchased home. Once we got the key we contacted Paige to come and do the final measurements. We were quoted for almost close to 22k (cabinet and countertops installation only ) . They promised that it will be done by mid December before Christmas , however after the payment in full has been made we barely get in touch with them . Finally someone got a hold of us an it was Paul , we were given a schedule for installation however we are given excuses after excuses including back to back delay. We move in to our house with no fuctional kitchen. First Christmas and new year in the house with a toddler with entirely no kitchen, we were miserable , depressed and countless of sleepless nights. January first week they finally install our cabinet however they messed up a lot of things. Again Paul promised to gave us 2k refund and they will follow the countertops installation after a week however they fully abandoned us up to this moment leaving us with the kitchen with no countertops. This company is completely run by scammer, unprofessional trash human being who doesn’t care the well being of other person. And only thing matter to them is money . Beware and stay away from this business . Save yourself from misery

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! This place is an unprofessional and scammy business. I have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES dealing with this company and I guess I should have known reading the rest of these reviews.. Paul, Julian and Paige are inconsistent, inconsiderate, and have no idea how to run a businessCame to this company to purchase cabinets for kitchen remodel for my rental.They insisted on 75% down before job start, yet we're completely incapable of getting this ordered and installed in a timely manner. Once it was installed there was countless issues. Their guys finally came out to install, didn't do very good job... which meant there was damaged cabinets. Stuff was crooked, not well aligned, lots of chipped areas, their sanding of the cabinets was poor. drawers not straight, and unaligned drawer pulls.Cabinets don't sit flush when closed. The list goes on.I contracted them to come back out and fix some of the drawers and was told they would order them and come reinstall. 2 months goes by with no communication. These are items that they supposedly had and could get quickly.When I reached out, paul would say his guys were coming and they never showed up within agreed upon times/or within time frame.Paul consistently would say he would get back to me and we would just never get responses or they would be so delayed. Until now they haven't fixed the existing issues. Just dropped off a box with the cabinets and left (because they didn't show up at agreed upon time and tenant left)My items are under warranty yet this company is run by crooks. It's been months and nobody has done their diligence to take care of existing clients that paid for the work in full.Honestly at the point where I may sue them for negligence and inability to hold up their end of the warranty contract. Beware of this company. I highly encourage you to go elsewhere unless you want to go through hell working with incapable individuals. The communication is garbage, the accountability is garbage and if they have an owner who sees this post I encourage them to find new staff.

This business has constant delays, inane management, and ethics that are in the gutter. I ordered appliances and they told me I would get them in 2 weeks - the 2 weeks came and there was no word from the business. It took about 15 calls and 3 days before I got someone on the phone and when I did they told me the product has been delayed, there's nothing they can do, and to stop calling them. never have i come across such incompetency in a full fledged business. will never be using them again and suggest no one else does either.

One stop shop,I've been working with their team and using their custom cabinets for all my recent projects,From a to z they do what they promised and never got disappointed!Ask for Paul,he is your guy to walk you through the whole process! Highly recommend their store.

Do not buy appliances from this dishonest business. (I cannot speak to the rest of what they sell but personally would not trust them either.)We bought several appliances from them at their previous location. When they were delivered, about $1,000 of essential parts were missing, including the fridge handles which had been removed after we bought it as they were there originally, and essential installation pieces. Despite several requests they did not supply any of the missing items. Moreover we paid for extended warranties on 2 appliances. However, we were never given the paperwork for those supposed warranties and after dodging our calls for weeks/months we were finally assured of a response in 2 days. Weeks later still nothing. Selling warranties that do not exist is a crime. Unless this review prompts the owner to refund our money I intend to file a complaint to have him declared unfit to hold a business license and also file a police report for larceny.

Terrible communication. We tried to get an estimate from them, visited their "showroom" and everything... Then just ghosted. They don't know which way is up and would not recommend. After seeing other reviews I will concsider this a blessing in disguise.

If I could give this business minus star ratings I would have to give them a -5 star rating. DO NOT buy anything from them. Their cabinet installer leaves his trash behind the cabinets ( I pulled the trash out) also leaves his trash like empty boxes for me to have to break down and put in my trash cans, doesn't adjust the alignment on the door fronts. The owner of the company doesn't know how to take correct measurements so everything fits correctly etc. etc. etc. I don't have one good thing to say about this business except for " If you buy from them, you are a damn fool like we were" I hope that some if not all who reads this takes what I'm telling to into consideration and goes with a different company. Companies who do shitty work need to be shut down.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Very unorganized they say they're gonna show up at 8am they won't show up until 3pm sometimes me and my mom were stressing about coordinating our work schedules with this company in one instance I was leaving for work someone came and said they have to see something inside I said I'm leaving for work they said "it'll only take a minute" I was running late!!! Please be respectful of my time DO NOT DO NOT waste your time with this company

Highly recommend. Romeo was able to completely redesign our kitchen ,while staying within our budget. The ideas he provided to me were definitely a money saver. My Kitchen looks awesome! ?

Romeo was very knowledgeable with all the product and helped me stay on budget. He has an amazing showroom and great variety. It only took his team 3 weeks to remodel my whole kitchen. Great customer service all around. Coming back to get my bathrooms remodeled !
