I was a crazy mess dealing with trying to sell my house for 4 months. No activity, no showings , no interest. I reached out to Aaron and Krista sent them a message. He told me to take it easy and breathe. He took over sent me a name of a realtor that would take care of me. The new realtor contacted me and took care of everything. My house sold in 60ish days. Thank you Aaron you are a rockstar.

We had the pleasure recently of working with Krista Smith at Battle Born Realty to find our rental home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she demonstrated that she was genuinely interested in meeting our needs and finding the perfect home for us, especially since we were looking to rent and not buy.
Krista was extremely efficient in locating potential homes that matched our criteria, which was an exceptional feat given we were very specific in both the type of home and desired area of the city, which greatly narrowed the selection of homes to consider. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and provided us with a variety of options to consider. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free considering the short time frame we were working under. Most notedly was her willingness to be available at any time.

Earlier this year, my mom was looking to move to Las Vegas from another state, which we knew would involve a lot of travel, uncertainty, and a tremendous amount of stress. Thankfully, we found Shafeen of Battle Born Realty to help us navigate it all. She’s knowledgeable, reliable, familiar with client relocation, and skilled in her craft. She was able to very quickly gauge what my mom was looking for in a house, which was incredibly helpful, considering that my mom initially only had a more general idea of what she wanted. And even when my mom had to stop looking for a bit due to her own personal reasons, Shafeen persevered by continuing to look for properties for us and connecting us with a mortgage broker who found a lender that best suited my mom's particular situation. Without Shafeen's unceasing determination, I'm not sure how we would have been able to proceed.
This really is just scratching the surface of what she has done for us, and I can't even begin to express how grateful I am that we found her. She is always accessible and responds quickly. She worked tirelessly for us, including giving us virtual tours of properties, dispensing prompt and thorough updates, and holding our hands through every single step of the process (offer letters, home inspection, document signing, furniture store recommendations, negotiations, real estate market knowledge, you name it). She is fantastic to work with; she is incredibly empathetic, yet unyielding on her clients' behalf; she will always have your back; and she is an invaluable person to have in your corner. Thank you, Shafeen, for helping us find my mom's forever home. You are a gem.

Karly Taylor helped me tremendously in coordinating my move from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. She is super accommodating and communicative through my home search and was patient with me through all my questions and concerns. She provided detailed video walkthroughs of properties that I was interested in and made me feel comfortable with the details of each home even though I couldn’t be there in person. I was able to secure my dream first home with her invaluable assistance and would reach out to her again if I’m in the market for another property in the future!

We had the pleasure of working with Michelle Richey to sell our condo and purchase another home 100 miles away. Michelle was on top of everything from listing to move in/out day. It was stressful but she handled everything quickly and professionally. I recommend her to any and everyone that I know needing a realtor. If I ever need a Realtor again, she is tops on my list.

Shafeen is an absolute joy to work with and a total rockstar when it comes to getting her clients what they need and want the most! She was so patient with us as first-time homebuyers and really made the journey not only an enjoyable and surprisingly easy experience, but a really insightful one too. She always made time for us, whether in person or by phone or text, was always so quick to respond or get us started on next steps, and always made us feel confident in every decision. We were solicitation to list our home.
They are in Vegas.
We are in Reno Nevada.
The man that called us was very abrupt very condescending and 100% rude.
He asked very in-depth Personal questions which is incredibly inappropriate.
We told him we didn’t want to discuss anything with him but, he refused and kept talking over us and would not stop.
The only way we could end the conversation was to hang up.
He couldn’t take no for an answer.
Shame on battle born.
