if I could, I would give this place 0 ?. A friend recommended them to change my battery on my 2003 mercedez C230 Kompressor. they reversed polarities when they put it in the car. A bunch of stuff got burned. they cover part , but all the electrical problems such the cluster, my air conditioner, windshield wipers, radio, mirrors, one of the headlights, and break light don't work since they did that. now a year later, the good battery that they gave me in place of the burn one is bad, the seal came off, so I took it back to the business and after testing it, the told me that because the battery was not good, they couldn't honor the guarantee.... say what???
they argued that I must have done something to it, ???. I would never ever recommend or get near this business again! I sent an email to the area manager with no response. I ended up having AAA come to my house where the car was without battery and put one in. I would never recommend this business.

They don’t even follow their posted hours online or on the store window. Better off going to Walmart around the corner in the same shopping center.

What the hell is the point of having a phone number if you never answer it? Seriously, any time I ever try to call to see if somethings in stock it goes to voicemail. Do you guys not know how to answer a phone? All you gotta do is pick it up and say hello, pretty simple.

If I could give them less I would. I started purchasing car batteries from them for their great warranty. I was wrong as they do whatever they can to blame “negligence” or “misuse” to weasel out of their obligations. Buyer Beware! Buy from costco, af least they do what they say and warranty their products. Never again!!

We would like to send kiddos out to your emploee whom came out and changed our shredded tire in the white Jeep Cherokee yesterday morning. We are both elderly and handicapped. Such great emploees that would do that kind of service.

Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me select the best battery for my vehicle. Their pricing was extremely competitive and the battery stock was current. I highly recommend the manager Brittany and her excellently trained staff. I will continue to fill all of my battery needs at Batteries Plus.

Walmart and Home Depot did not carry the bulb to replace the light fixture in my pantry closet. Brittany had to special order my bulbs and called me when they were ready for pickup. Pretty happy with the service I received. The bulbs work like a champ! I'll be back again when the light goes out! Thank you!
