After going to the one on grand canyon & having no luck my husband went to this one to buy a battery & have it installed. What is wrong with the battery plus businesses in vegas? You hire incompetent employees that don't know how to look up what kind of battery is needed & are afraid to install. This company says it installs batteries!!!!! We also use the ones in Arizona & we give them 5 stars because their employees are trained & not lazy. This store deserves a ZERO

Alex the store manager is my hero today! Came in with a motherboard for my cars computer in need of 2 relays replaced that numerous computer repair shops and tv repair shops said they couldn’t do as they couldn’t solder new ones on (go figure) Alex took it in and a few hours later had it put back together and working as soon as I plugged it back in when I got home!

Excellent service! Shout out to Tom the area manager who was on-site and really helped me get squared away with my key fob order. He installed it right away!

Alex was extremely helpful! He help me find some lights that I was completely clueless on where to start. Professional and courteous throughout it all, Even to other customers waiting in line! Batteries plus are the pros!

Excellent service. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff.Not just batteries & bulbs! Wasn’t aware they also did laser car key cutting & car key fob programming as well. This is the place I recommend now if you need your spare car keys cut!

I drove 8 or 10 miles to go here and recycle 2 large drone batteries. They told me for lithium batteries, it would cost me $5 a pound to recycle them. Not impressed.

Alex was so great! This place is covered by SquareTrade(/Walmart) insurance and the screen on my phone was cracked. I have a Samsung S20 Ultra and they had the part in stock and had it fixed within an hour and a half. I apparently had cracked the back as well and didn't realize that. Alex took extra care towards making sure he didn't crack the back more while removing it! Really nice guy and super helpful; the screen looks and works great so far! Thanks so much!

Highly recommend. The customer service is excellent over the phone and in person. They have the supplies needed in stock, and provided fast friendly service in cutting the keys for our UTV. Store was clean too.

I made the mistake of buying a battery here and letting them install it. A couple weeks after the install my check engine light came on.I brought my car into the dealership. They told me some wire that connected the battery had been stripped and whoever installed my new battery caused it. Ended up costing me over $300 to fix.
