They stole my money, the battery they gave me did not work and the lady who attends is very spoiled and made fun of the fact that she did not give me my money or another battery, very bad service and they still make fun of the client, do not go there

las baterías so de muy mala calidad al mes de haberla comprado ya no quiso trabajar más y al reclamarles me dijeron que por no tener el resibo perdi mi garantía aún reconociendo su letra con la que escribió sobre la batería que me vendió me sentí estafado al final pague el doble al tener que comprar otra batería en otro lugar que no te pase a ti .

The lady at the front desk, Karen, needs a lot of training on customer service, she was rude handling my situation which by the way it took almost 30 minutes, I asked her to have someone help me, she just she just shoulder nodded “I don’t know”.When the time was to charge me she “warned” me if I lost my receipt there is no warranty, (with a tone) somebody needs to train this lady on how to deal with customers, it would be different if she said instead “Warranty is for two months if anything goes wrong just bring the battery along with the receipt” Very simple but in a nice way.Overall a very bad customer experience, sorry!!

I SHOULDVE READ THE REVIEWS before going to this dump that cant even be called business, bought an alternator and didnt work so i came down to a different location they give you to make your exchange (already a red flag) got to the location had the unfortunate waste of time dealing with JUAN and his minion absolutely the most UNEDUCATED rudest people ive ever had the displeasement of dealing with, JUAN did not listen to a word i said right away he kept arguing with me as i tried to explain what was wrong with the alternator every word that came out of my mouth he had a negative answer for, PLEASE DO YOU SELF A FAVOR AND RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DUMP, its not worth the hassle to save $80 from buying a brand new piece at Oreillys, Autozone, or even Advance Auto Parts, go get a battery from walmart before you end up here, will be calling the better business beauro after this, dumps like this should not be in business they need to shut down and GO , JUAN if you see this you are rude and disrespectful and should not be working here because i doubt youre the owner you should be ashamed of your self and next time wash those filthy hands !
