I stopped by to buy a souvenir that I had requested, and the clerk was very kind and told me about various scent trends. Thanks to her, I was able to purchase multiple different types of band creams, so I was able to get a souvenir that I could choose according to my preference.
It seems that there will be no stores in Japan as of spring 2023.
Each band cream was about $8, so buy three and get one free.

I had an excellent experience at this location and the pricing matched other locations as opposed to being Vegas-priced (expensive) like other retail can be. Associate Luke was very helpful, shoutout to him for making my experience pleasant.

First let me say that I've been a fan of bath and body works most of my life and became a card holder of Vicki's secret/ bath and body. That being said, I shop here often. I visit Vegas frequently and wanted to stop in to get some things and was greeted when I walked in but not at the register which was a first. After my transaction, I got the usual thank you have a good day speak but it hit different. FIRST time having that happen but I think all employees everywhere should realize that every customer is special AND important. It was draw day before my birthday too so I'll never forget it . Thankfully, there are other locations on the strip.

Unfortunately, B&BW is notorious for being crowded... Whether it be because of shoppers or displays. This one was no exception. The staff was friendly and helpful.
