Alana was so nice and accommodating helping my boyfriend and I find different conditioners and even some samples to try some stuff out, she was so nice and I haven't had such customer experience like her Thank you so much! Came on a Sunday and she barley came back from vacay

my friend recently went for her birthday and there was a reward for her to claim a birthday gift but the lady refused and gave her attitude AND ON HER BIRTHDAY ? which wasn’t needed at all. we later overheard it was her first day too which still doesn’t make it right. i’m truly upset over how she was treated on her bday. (it was an older lady with grey hair if i remember correctly)

I came here last Sunday on July 30th for my birthday, because I had been told a month ago I could get a free item on my birthday. A nice gentleman I think named Tyler helped me through out the whole time. Very nice and helpful but when I got ready to check out and ask about my free item and how it would work. Because it was my first time trying it on the app. The cashier gave me attitude, told me I should've had everything ready and was upset at me. Me and my friends looked at each other confused as to why I was getting attitude for simply asking a question. Not only that but I was surprised to find out she's was still in training. The cashier looked around 40-60 years old, white hair and Asian. I'm a cashier my self and I would never act this disgusting to anyone. I hope her management talks to her, and she is aware she cannot act rashly to anyone. I really loved this bath and body because it was so big, the Halloween decorations were beautiful but some of the "Employees " were very unprofessional. It's not hard being a good person.
