The Hours need to be updated for sure I can honestly say that this is my GO TO Smoke Shop for my everything smoke shop needs the owner knows me and my husband I always feel welcomed when I come here like 2-3 times a week I sometimes forget to get everything all at once lolol

First time in this smoke shop! But they now have a new customer! The 2 guys that helped me were super nice and helpful! Super good vibes not like other smoke shops! Will definitely be back!! And prices aren’t bad either!

Customer Service at this smoke shop is 2nd to none! Prior to trying this shop I had 2 others I would frequent. One near UNLV & the other in Henderson. Neither were bad but Robert here at Bargain Smokes goes the extra mile everytime I've come in. New to vaping & having issues with my vape tanks... leaking, overheating, gurgling, burnt coils, u name it. Not only did Robert explain the ins & outs to me but he also disassembled the tanks, cleaned them, changed the coils & set the mod to the correct temps.Truly Above & Beyond Customer Service A+. Prices here are also great!

I called 4 times to ask them if they had something I was looking for and no one answered ever. No smoke shop can be so busy to not answer the phone and at least put me on hold. Definitely won't waste my time driving there is they can't even answer the phone.

Owner is a great guy! They stock everything I need and it’s conveniently located next to Albertsons. So I can easily get in and out. I use this as my primary smoke/ vape shop.

Good prices/variety... And, they have always been friendly. Been shopping there for several years.
The ONLY customers I have seen them have an issue with are those that deserved it. Customers with attitudes and unreasonable expectations.
Lastly, I saw someone call these folks "racist"... Have you SEEN the variety of employees they have?!? If that's what you call it when they're tired of YOUR stuff... Maybe.
