We took our Dyson vacuum to the Dyson repair shop and they couldn't fix the broken part but wanted to sell me a new one. We then came to Bank's and they had it fixed in five minutes for a very reasonable price! Great people, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! I won't be going anywhere else.

I took my vacuum to Kevin for repair. He was very welcoming while providing efficient and timely service. He kept close communication throughout the process. I was expecting my vacuum to be held at the shop for 3-4 days, instead I was able to pick up next day! I was beyond pleased with the solution he came up with and the exceptional service. I highly recommend this shop above all others.

I have had my Oreck vacuum for many years and it needed a tune up and a new roller. Instead of taking it to my dealer in CA, I decided to try Bank's vacuum. I'm really glad I did. I was received with a friendly greeting, paperwork was done quickly, and the best part was I had my vacuum back within a week! It looked brand new when I got it....it was so clean. It's back to running like a champ. Not only was I impressed with the service, but the price for replacement parts was very reasonable. I will definitely be taking my vacuum back for future tune ups and checks. Thanks so much!

I just feel like the people that work at Oreck stores and generally high quality people, and my experience today reaffirmed that. I took in my old Oreck and due to a lack of parts opted to purchase a new vacuum, which is the 5th Oreck now purchased within my family. I'm super excited to give it a whirl! Thank you to the gentleman working today for making my experience in the store really great! I'm a forever customer at Bank's Oreck!

I found myself in a bit of a pickle with my 20 year old Panasonic upright vacuum cleaner broken. I needed to clean my condo rental, but the previous tenant left the vacuum cleaner a mess.So, I'm in town without a vacuum with long hair jamming up the roller and the belt broken. I made a call to Bank's in Henderson to find there's another store off Rainbow near the condo. I quickly head over to this location and have my Panasonic repaired on the spot with no problems finding a belt for my vintage vacuum cleaner.I was super impressed with the level of service provided by John and Kevin. If you like the smaller businesses that provide great service, Bank's is your place to go. Thanks very much guys, you saved my trip!Best regards,Barry
