Originally I was upset and wrote a bad review not taking a deep breath and rethinking my actions cuz I lost my debit card in the ATM machine and I have to admit the staff inside were very professional and they sent me a card the very next day which I did not think was possible and even called me the next day to see if I got the card I think that's pretty amazing I guess that's the reason why I've been there 30 years plus

This Bank of America doesn’t ever seem too busy, but it’s in a very nice convenient location parking around. It is super easy and the thing I like best about it is that it has a shaded drive up ATM.

It was a nightmare to open a checking account, at the end I have to open a join checking account to avoid any more excuses or delays or just we cannot open the account because.....then they denied a safe credit card for someone that is trying to start her credit history and then when I set up an appointment to notarize a document Aaron said that looks like the document didn't need it, I showed the DMV instructions where said that the document should be notarized, he denied the notary service, I gave him an option that I know other notaries have done, he said no one more time, at the end I went to the UPS store not appointment, they notirized the document and I paid $15, however they didn't make any excuse. Also, he has took care of me twice and he has a really bad breath and he doesn't use deodorant, it is very unconfortable to be with someone in an closed space (office) trying to talk and pay atention because the odor honestly is really bad. I feel sorry for Aaron but you have to improve. Thank you.

Used to be great when Britney ran this location, it seems like customer service is really terrible now, all you do is wait, wait. 4 BofA associates just talking and visiting. Never did have success, no one there new how to open an IRA account- Useless Place!

Worst service ever had to deposit check had my last name not 2 last names they saw sane check deposited 2 weeks ago refused to deposit - pit thru atm called call center who said that's absurd they can see previous check and should have deposited it - I say fuck u never going back

I have the Lord's favor. My husband, dog, and I walked in and then the man in front of us said, there was only one teller and they've been there a while, that the person just came back from lunch. As I mentally prepared for a long wait, out comes a friendly gentleman in a suit, going through the line. When he comes up to us, he said that the notary is on lunch and could we come back in half an hour. We were right next to the dog park! What a blessing! Thank you to the guy in the suit and the notary in the purple suit for providing excellent service. We love you.

The teller and manager were the two nicest people that I have encountered in a long time. Very professional, very accommodating. It was a positive experience. They treated me like I was important. This is my new bank, from now on. It's worth the longer drive.

It’s amazing they never have any tellers working. They have at most one teller so the lines get very long. Last visit was on a Wednesday afternoon and they literally had nobody!! Not a single teller. Said to come back a couple hours later. The lady assisting me in the lobby wasn’t very apologetic. Not very reassuring for someone with 9 accounts there.Please hire some more people. For a huge national bank this is absolutely insane. And don’t message me back with that standard “sorry” message. Do something.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Literally told me to block my number to override the security system so I could get into my account because they STILL haven’t updated my phone number and they kept texting verification to a number I no longer have. I’ll be switching banks.

Add another teller! Not only does this branch open late at 10am, but there is NEVER more than one teller. Doesn't help that she is super slow! I'm so tired of companies using the covid excuse for giving horrible customer service ?

So much for the good old days of customer service. Apparently there was a banking issue with a attempt to purchase gas using my account. Thank you B of A for catching that. The bad news is that that they shut off that ATM card and it is now over a week and I still have not received my new card in the mail. I went to the branch and asked to be issued a new card and to add my new wife to my account. I was told that they have not issued new cards in over two years. Seems strange to me , especially since the clerk on the phone told me to stop in any branch and they would be happy to issue a new card to me. No luck. As for adding my wife to my account, I need to make an appointment and come back another time. It to more time to explain why they could not help than it would have takin to add the name. One more example is the decline in customer service in these businesses. Not only is the level of service poor, but the quality of the employees leaves a lot to be desired

Absolutely appalling customer service. First off the person in front of me was only trying to get large bills and the teller (the only ONE in the middle of business hours!) Was trying to force him to deposit his money then they have the nerve to call the security. Then I was trying to cash a check for rent assistance from Social Services and they told me that there was an $8 fee! Are you aware that checks from Social Sevices are for people who are literally on the verge of homelessness and you want to charge them $8 to cash a check from the State? Absolutely ridiculous! Then they try to bully to open an account! No I will not be banking with money hungry banks who doesn't even have the decency for a courteous customer service!
