The teller by the name of Jackie is VERY unprofessional and rude she does not explain anything in detail. We had to keep asking her questions. SHE CLEARLY HATES HER JOB AND IS LAZY. She got upset because we were asking questions. IT IS HER JOB to make sure us as customers feel confident in trusting them with our financial needs. She was also talking negative to the male teller next to her while assisting us. SHE ALSO SNATCHED THE PAPER FROM MY HUSBAND'S hand and that is what really upset me. How dare she treat us like this. I will be escalating this to corporate since this is the second time they are unprofessional at this specific branch. BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Stay away from this branch and their negative lazy tellers.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Bank of America, and I must say it left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The first issue I encountered was the excruciatingly long waits at their branches. It felt like I was spending more time waiting in line than actually conducting my banking transactions. Furthermore, it was evident that the bank was severely understaffed. The few employees present were clearly overwhelmed, which resulted in slow and inefficient service. This not only frustrated me but also reflected poorly on the bank's commitment to customer satisfaction. But what truly irked me were the unreasonable hidden fees that seemed to pop up every time I turned around. It felt like I was constantly being nickel-and-dimed for services and charges that were never adequately explained upfront. This lack of transparency left a sour taste in my mouth and eroded my trust in Bank of America. Overall, my experience with Bank of America was marked by long waits, understaffing issues, and unreasonable hidden fees. It's clear that they need to make significant improvements in these areas to provide a more customer-friendly banking experience. AVOID THIS PLACE.

As you open the door, your greeted by a security guard. He's a sweetheart! Greeting each person with a Hello Sir or a hello ma'am. He held the door open for us to make sure that everybody got an eye contact smile. This is where this bank takes an abrupt change. They're nasty they're evil tempered, and none of them seem to be at all concerned with customer service. I would say maybe it was that we had a request. It was out of the ordinary, but they never even let us get to the point of our request because of their nastiness! I can't imagine any occasion that I would make myself go back into this bank. Unless I wanted to talk to a nice security guard, I'll just avoid this place all together.

they won't cash a cashiers check in the amount of $650? Told me, in a snooty joking manor, "should've had them Zelle it. it's 2023". i replied that My client is 63 years old & doesn't know how to use Zelle!!! They then said it might be available within 2 days once deposited....again it's a $650 CASHIERS CHECK & I have an account with BofA. I even said just cash $100 and deposit the rest... still nope. cashiers checks at ANY OTHER bank have been cashed immediately for me and in the amounts of $8,000+. going to switch banks immediately. Rude and understaffed. Their 1.5 stars is understandable.

This place usually doesn't help their people once they're busy but this helpful amazing man named RAUL helped me and my fiancé as a walk-in for our joint account and this man was the best!! He's the best there ask for Raul if you wanna get taken care of!! Magic man!!

This location is horrible. They only have one teller working and the line of people waiting goes out the door. I waited here for over an hour and had to leave without being assisted.

This bank personal suck. They are stuck up and rude. They have on teller working and about 60 people waiting. The line is from all the way inside and outside the building. If I could rate a zero I would. The parking lot is horrible. They have about 4 men standing pretty doing nothing. The make the security do more than his job duties.

Horrible customer service. I was helped by Diana the teller upfront on 09/05 around 12:30 pm. She did not seem to enjoy her job at all- she was not very pleasant when I asked her if I could cash a check even though I didn't have an account-she didn't count my cash for me even though she said she counted it in the machine, she did not count it for me to verify the amount. I don't think that's good customer service in a financial industry. Was not warm welcoming- did not communicate her job well.

Arrived 15 minutes before 5:00 to find doors locked. Lady in a black flower dress inside laughing at everyone trying to open the doors. Had to drive 20 minutes for a notary for our business. Looking at the Yelp reviews I don't think anyone really cares.
