Bank of America sucks. Since I've been a member over 10 years ago, they NEVER adequately staff their banks. This company is a billion dollar company but never has enough people working. They claim the shortages are because of covid but BOA has been doing this long before covid was a thing. Once I pay off my credit card, I'm switching for sure. This company is a joke. They obviously don't care about their customers, AT ALL. And I never use the ATMs because multiple times, the ATM has eaten money of mine or just froze up when I'm trying to use it and the process to get your money back is too ridiculous.9/5/23. It's currently 10:07 and one of the tellers puts up a sign that says "next teller please". They opened 7 minutes ago.

My banker Peter was amazing and thorough when helping me set up my first account and credit card! The facility was clean and the staff are very kind and accommodating. Definitely glad I chose this location!

2 tellers were open. Line wasn't too long at 1 pm on a Wednesday. Sheila was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

Teller line is always so long. 438 people working here but for some reason never more than one window open. This place sucks the joy right out of your day.

I do not know what has happened to this bank. No matter what time you go, there is only 1 window open. People start talking about it loudly and then they might open another window. I've banked with them since 1995. Very disappointed.

Have always loved this branch. Jessica, Sheila and Dennis were the best team. They were friendly and supportive. Knowing the customer was at the top of their list. Their shortened hours during the week are challenging and not being open on Saturdays is difficult. I'm sure they are struggling with staffing issues just like everyone else.

No matter what day you go in, there’s a long wait. They never have enough bank tellers and their hours of operation keep getting shorter and shorter! They now open at 10a and no more Saturday banking. Absolutely ridiculous! The only reason I continue to put myself through this torture is because it’s right down the street from my house. The 2 stars is because the teller is very nice and she’s doing the best she can.

30 year client with Bank of America. Had three home equity lines of credit with them. Wanted to do another line of credit on my new house which is free and clear. No debt. credit score is over 800 and net worth a couple million dollars. They took six months to process my new line of credit then it timed out and they want me to do another application of course interest rates have over doubled and they don't want to honor the interest rate that we originally had. I will never Do business with Bank of America again. And I will tell every client I have to go somewhere else it was a horrible experience. They are still blaming things on Covid instead of Inept employees. I really don't think they care. They have so many customers they don't have have to earn the relationships anymore.

Long wait, but friendly staff. The hours is not accommodating to working customers; need later closing hours than 4pm and bring back at least some Saturday hours.

They have 9 customers in line and only two tellers. Never have enough employees working. You have 6 windows just for window dressing. Step it up!

Set up an appointment last week for today @ 2:30. Left the branch at 3:05 without being helped. Two other customers without appointments were helped while I was waiting. Really? When the guy finally came out to help, I told him I was leaving and he said, "wait, you don't have to leave...we're ready for you now." Sorry, but you should have been ready at my appointed time. I was planning on moving my money from a bank with poor customer service, but it seems like that is the standard.
