This Bank is The Worst Ever. Called on phone was told can't verify my ID after having account for 10 years. Was told to go in to Branch. So I'm here trying to verify there telling me they don't have a banker Available to help me. Want me to wait an HOUR to show IDAbsolutely Ridiculous. And Totally inconvenienced me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Have been calling them for a half hour straight. No one picks up the phone. I think the line is set up as a placebo...... another half hour has past .....Since no one was answering the phone, I drove over there and called them prior to entering the lobby; and while I was there I did not hear my phone ringing and there were two employees in the lobby simply smiling and directing waiting people to the next available person in an office.This is not the first time I've endured inefficient, unsatisfactory service, but it is my first review. I don't want to disrupt my direct deposit just yet, but very soon I'll be closing my B of A accounts and marching my funds over to Chase Bank.And now see their response .... another canned excuse.

This branch has limited hours but it is my favorite Bank of America location. Tony and Maira always do extra and beyond to help help the clients, they are very professional and thorough. I’m very happy with the customer service.

I called and tony answered, I stopped by and he was able to help clarify all my questions before heading to work today! Thank youI had to come back and thank Tony again, for going ABOVE AND BEYOND to resolve my issue. I drove all the way to the bank today however he was in a meeting. But because of his great customer service my issue has finally been resolved!! THANK YOU and look forward to opening up an account today!!

Came in to add a name to our safe deposit box. We need all three of us to sign the paperwork. Two of us went last time and we're told we could not sign without all three of us. We came back today, finally all three of were off work at the same time, and were told that we now need an appointment. This bank used to be good, but going down fast. I guess that is why they have a 2 star rating, which is a D in my book. All Bank of America provides is excuses now, not customer service! Chase here we come!!

Every single time I go into this branch, the line is extremely long with 1 teller working. I went in to make a quick deposit, and it took me 32 minutes to get to the counter. From now on, I would rather drive 20 minutes out of the way than wait in line at this branch again.

Bankers that do not know how to do their job. It's sad. Bank of America is what is, but this branch I highly recommend NOT coming to for anything but the ATM.

Deposited cash at the atm tonight and the atm ate my money! Beware, no one answers their “help line” so I think it’s best to avoid their atm for a while or forever.

Today I got hopelessly lost and had no phone connection ( for some unknown reason T Mobile?? ) nor did I have an old fashioned paper map. I had to be at an appointment by 1pm and I was running late. I called into this branch of BofA because I needed some cash but asked their representative if she could help me find my intended location. She was so kind and caring and could see I was very flustered at being lost. Not only did she find my destination but actually printed out instructions for me. This was above and beyond every kindness I can imagine and I thank her for being so patient with my plight of no phone or map. Thank goodness I own Bank of America stock because they surely deserve my investment. Thank You.

I will be withdrawing my money and switching to a new bank all because of Bank of America's hours. Most banks close at 5pm but BoA closes at 4pm and not open on Saturdays. This is very inconvenient and seeing as there are so many other options it's time to change.

They always have just one teller available. It always happens on Friday. How are you going to have only one teller on a Friday when they know people get paid and there's going to be a bunch of people? The lines are always long and it takes forever to get attended.

They don't bother with answering the phone. The online portal to make an appointment is so glitchy too and so I couldn't get my appointment confirmed because they don't pick up the phone.

Not only does the address hours not match online but they close the doors earlier than the posted (on the door , but internet says 5) hour at 4 PM. The teller inside was so rude he was yelling at me in front of over 20 people inside that we are closed and I needed to leave. I said don't u close at five he said no it's posted on the door we close at four and it's 4 and you need to leave. He was so rude and aggressive and unprofessional and unnecessary. There have been five other people that have pulled on the locked door. Worst service ever.
