Just moved to the area. This location is awful. Walk in, no indication of where to go. Was told I could wait an hour for a notary. Waited 35 minutes on a later visit to pull cash out. I'm pulling my business account from b of a after this

Having an issue with depositing CASH and the funds are still not available 10 hours later. Cash is supposed to be immediately available and had I known this would have happened I would've never deposited the money in the first place. It's also a weekday no delay should be. Beware of depositing cash now It says it may take up to 5 days which is complete BS

I had a 3 o’clock meeting scheduled with Vienna when I arrive she was talking to three other people and she allowed me to walk around the bank not knowing where to go. She didn’t greet me. She was the greeter and I ended up going and asking the tellers where I would find the banker I was supposed to meet with, she chitchatted about nothing right in front of me when I saw the people were leaving I said hi, Vienna I’m Georgette. She barked at me and said have a seat. That was that. She had a terrible attitude especially for a banker. I don’t recommend this branch and since it’s the closest to me - I’m going to a different bank entirely. Sorry B if A

Pathetic excuse for an organization. Charged $8 to cash a check that is one of their own checking accounts. Then said they couldn’t verify it. No wonder they’re getting a 2.8 in reviews. Pitiful. Pathetic. Poor excuses of a banking company.

I come to this bank a 2 to 3 times a month to deposit my contractors check. At least this branch has a live teller. I went to other bofas and no live tellers. But when you come to talk to a teller make sure you have 1 hour to spend here. They only have 1 teller. Its been this way 3 out of the 4 times I been. I don’t recommend bofa to anyone.

My husband went in there a couple of days ago to cash a check. They had a pumpkin in display the had black painted on just the front and eyes,nose, and mouth painted on top of the black. (Check photo section for pic) I don't know what they intended it to be but it looks like a black face pumpkin. I can't believe nobody questioned the wisdom of this display.

Virginia and Karina are incredible. Virginia is a manager and she was very respectful, patient and professional. I’m a foreigner and my speaking skills are limited, and Virginia clearly explained me what happened with my transaction, AND! she found a MISTAKE other bank did ( they forgot to fill out account number), so I was able to request cancellation of old transaction and to initiate a new transaction as soon as possible. Karina helped me to find a new transaction and she called me in an hour to let me know that money is shown in my account. Karina was very kind, helpful and professional too. I’m very satisfied with the their service. Thank you, ladies, you helped me a lot and you are the best.

This branch , and B of A in general, sucks . Long line, can't get an appointment . Phone call tell you schedule an appointment on line. Online appointment not available for up to 3 months !!!

Never anyone working here. Line almost out the door. People go in and out of doors. Only one teller working even at rush time before close. Worst Bank of America service I've had.

One teller and a huge line. 10 minutes later, hasn't moved. I left, because last time I stood in line for an entire hour like this. This seems to be the Bank of America signature. It doesn't matter how "big" you are, if you can't hire enough employees to provide your services, I can see your end on the horizon.
